- Title: The Mistress 9 of Sailor MoonS

- Description: Hotaru Tomoe had darkness growing inside her. The evil surrounding her known as Pharoah 90 awakened the darkness in her heart, and upon capturing the Purity Chalice, turning her into Mistress 9. Sailor Moon must defeat her, but she does not want Hotaru to die. Can this be possible???This is the closest gown that I could find to match hers. Also Gaia does not yet have a star that could be placed on her fore-head, so I apologize for those small details being incorrect. Sailor Moon Forever!

- you could use the silver and black genie headband for the star, it is excepted across gaia for its use as that. otherwist its ok i think this urn is weird and teh dress just doesnt match..good effort

- they do have a forehead star in Nartian's Rock...but unfortunately it wouldn't match,but this is good. 5/5
