In Naruto Shippuden Episode 27, Impossible Dream, and Naruto Shippuden chapter 274, Sasori is killed in the fight between himself, Granny Chiyo, and Sakura Haruno. He is killed by the Father and Mother puppets which he created himself at a young age. Keep in mind that there are no companions to stand in the proper positions or have the proper attire to match the Father and Mother puppets on Gaia.
