- Well she is just lovely, but she might have done better in the original arenas since this is your own spin on neo queen serenity. Oh and btw, if you don't mind me, asking what is the name of the item you used for her crown?

- ...she doesn't even have her signature gown? Even a goldshop dress might've been a better choice than some half-fuku/half-dress combination you have going here. I would check your references and try submitting again.

- This doesn't even look like her...The arms are great and so if the face but the skin tone is very off and the crown is VERY off. I do love this avatar a lot but I don't think I can give you a rating :/

- I understand if you had a limited budget/choice of items you could afford to try to create Serenity, but it still doesn't look much like her. The hair is a decent choice but her skin tone is too white and the dress doesn't suite her. It's an okay start, but it still needs work.
