Shiro for the past week, had been resting and recovering all the same, much like Crystal had basically ordered him to do, Shiroi Senko having watched over him all the while, sitting in a nearby chair in the inn was Roveth, who looked up at mention of a boat to the islands "really? that's good to hear. least things are well out of the way to let Hikari here continue resting up, and work on stabilizing his soul and heart some more." he said with a smile, showing he bared no ill will to Shiro, or Crystal for that matter. granted, he was a bit stand-offish like Leon in a loner way, but it was only his natural nature of the shadows, which he had been working over the week to grow stronger as well.

Shiro himself had opened his dulled blue eyes, raising an eyebrow lightly "Really...? hopefully we won't... run into that time disturbance that Surge and others ran into that merged two realities." he said with a light-hearted chuckle while he sat up in bed, wincing only slightly, while giving off an oof when a wing from Shiroi Senko whapped him back down into bed with a stern 'Kweh!' following it.

Shiro nodded from the bed as he spoke out a bit "some pain killers and some food and i should be good enough for travel, extensive training is still a few days off so i'll have to keep it light and knowledge based, with some physical workouts." Roveth just snorted a bit while looking to his Hikari "you're underestimating yourself Hikari-o-mine... i just wouldn't press myself against high class enemies, but small skirmishes with some monsters and light spars with me is more doable thank you think."

Shiroi Senko just frowned in a way, and kept quiet, though keeping a concerned look to Shiro in particular while he still laid there resting at the moment, Roveth of course had noticed the looks and sighed, before summoning a pink haired little magic user from a card, who began chanting and began using healing energy to start easing Shiro's pain more "good thing i have monsters like Pikeru, and other healing creatures to help with the pain. can't do much about food though myself."

Roveth shrugged a bit, having figured that much as he leaned back to relax in his chair at the moment "seafood is fine with me. i know better than to gripe about the fact that seafood will be our primary resource for food unless we go somewhere else."he said in mild amusement given he had no clue what Crystal meant when she mentioned squid gut pasta and all, though it sounded... intruiguing.

Shiro meanwhile shuddered a bit at the mention of said pasta "yeah... i don't think i can stomach that particular dish at the moment." he said with a sweatdrop, while Shiroi Senko gave of a sqauk of a chuckle at his master, while munching on some nearby Gysahl Greens given he was getting a bit hungry himself.

Shiro nodded as he looked through the food, taking a fish skewer, some bread, and some cheese, and began eating quietly while Roveth took some bred and a skewer himself, the two of them being quiet and content it seemed, despite how it seemed that Shiro hated his darkness and all, he seemed to be quite civil to it when it's been personified and all, making things probably all the more amusing while after the food, Shiro sat up while his chocobo partner let him at least, and after testing his body with a minimal amount of winces, he slowly got out of bed, using Shiroi Senko as a balancer for the moment before smiling lightly "well, i can get up without gritting my teeth in pain."

Roveth meanwhile just rolled his eyes at his light half after finishing his own food "seems so, but you'll need time to get your legs back into working shape, a good few hours walking might do it." he said in amusement, while summoning his three now filled deck-boxes as he smirked lightly "training does sound good though."

Shiro nodded, lightly finishing what he could of food, and patted Shiroi Senko on the beak while the two of them quietly headed out to go take that nice long stroll, take in the sights, get some minor equipment and such so that he wouldn't rely on tracing as much. keeping things on the down-low, though he kept close to his Chocobo so he didn't have him stolen or anything, picking up what he could for everyone.

Roveth meanwhile watched as Shiro headed out, chuckling a bit before leanign back in his seat a moment to observe Crystal "hmmh... it's surprising that you actually haven't tried attacking me or anything, given i -am- Shiro's darkness, and the one who was -technically- trying to kill him from within." he said calmly, while idly letting qa card spin on his finger, a black bordered card, which seemed to have an ominous glow to it, that Number 39: Utopia. either way, he was just wondering why she didn't mind him being around, given he -was- a reminder of how bad and delicate Shiro is at the moment even as he himselgf grew steadily more solid and powerful.

roveth shook his head while pondering things as he frowned, rubbing his chin "i do not think he's deathly allergic to his own darkness, i think the darkness out-grew his own soul, but instead of devouring him and turning him evil, he was somehow forcing himself via his own willpower and life energy to combat me at every turn. " he continued thinking on his thoughts a moment "his inner light is not yet strong enough to match me, or overpower me, however with your help to restore himself somewhat, he might -just- be able to find that right power to bolster his inner light and make it start matching me." the 'Master of Shadows' laughed a moment lightly "though what happens when we are capable of seeing each other equals remains to be seen. however at the moment i see him as an older brother who is weak from some ailment of sorts and needs our help to hold him up until he can regain himself."

Roveth nodded a bit, while rubbing his chin "well, would there be such catalysts in this world we're hiding in? just out of curiosity in case we need to find one in the future or protect them from the heartless or Xehanort's clutches." he said while apparently filing away the name Sephiroth, planning to send him to the shadow realm the moment he could at least "and it is true darkness spreads and grows rapidly when unchecked, but i don't feel such a groth, sure, if i stay in the realm of darkness i can grow stronger gradually and at a decent pace, it... is slower than i think the heartless and anyone touched by them." he added while rubbing his head lightly "it could be i've hit a glass ceiling of sorts, or my limits are too constricting as it is, i don't know... all i know is i don't feel a sudden gushing fountain of power from the darkness, just a rising swell of it that never overwhelms me, but if it is trying to entice me, it will never work as it is."
