Here is my rant about the gay community:
Many of my friends say "I'm okay with gays/lesbians, as long as they don't hit on me."
If that's true, you're not really okay with them. That's like saying "I love ugly people, as long as they don't talk to me."
We are all people. We should not condemn or glorify the gay community, because we are all people, and it's inevitable that we'll have different likes and preferences. If anyone dares to say that someone is "wrong" or will go to Hell because they're different, I will stab them. 46 times. With a wooden cooking spoon.
Anyways, on a lighter side!
I love music, good music, and have recently been listening to Pendulum and Adam Lambert nonstop. I love to draw, I've got a whooole buncha stuff in the arenas. I also love dressing up crazy and shoppin in thrift stores.

But I really support LGBT persons.
I hate it when people call gays "disgusting".
One of my friends is Catholic, and she used to hate gays, until I told her my point of view. She then realized...I was right. Her parents still think gays will go to hell, though. And they're not even real Catholics.
A sample conversation from yesterday's history class:
Tautianna(who is black): Gay people are disgusting!!!!
Me(Who is white like sourcream XD): Why?
Tautianna: Because!!! Have you ever seen two guys or two girls making out? It's gross!
Me: It's just as gross as a straight couple eating each other's faces.
Tautianna: *angry face*
Me: And plus, you get mad when you think people are being racist against blacks. You're being racist against gays.
Tautianna: *more angry face*
Miranda(whose uncle is gay): Aaaah, you made her mad. Good job! And good point.
The subject of gays came up because my teacher was talking about typical names for gay guys...totally off subject for history, right!?
Also, I think it's absolutely hilarious when people look at my music binder (which is covered in Adam Lambert pictures) and they go, 'You know he's gay, right?" What's that supposed to do? Make me stop liking him? Haha. Fat chance, punks.
Anyway!
On a less heavy note: I'm in the advanced band at my school; on of four trombonists! And section leader ;D
I am completely and totally obsessed with Adam Lambert O_O
I think that Justin Bieber is lame.
My sister is Lady Sume...she's the one who introduced me to Adam Lambert music ;D
I'm counting down the days until fall, when Adam LAmbert's new album is supposed to come out.
I think the movie "Brokeback Mountain" is pretty funny, mainly because Enis sounds like a caveman, and their names are Jack Twist and Enis XD
I think Lady Gaga is just a pop star wanna be with a crazy talented make-up artist...
My favorite movie is Avatar. (Look! It's a whirlibird!)
My favorite book series is Maximum Ride (Gasp!)

My name is Yuko, I am a 23 year old female. Generally I hate putting myself in a box for sexual preference and sometimes even race because I am mixed in many ways. The term pansexual would best describe me, but I fall in love with the person over the gender and can be sexually attracted to both. Right now, I've been with my boyfriend for 6 years.
I am very supportive of the LGBTQ community and can't stand people who attack it for hateful reasons. My social philosophies generally lean way to the left. Capitalism, racism, sexism, religion, can't stand them biggrin . I love anime, my cats, cooking and eating, reading, watching my choice 90s shows, hanging out with my love, and studying for school and life.
Love the intro.'s, it looks like there are a lot of interesting people on here!

Anywho. Yo~! Call me Tenko. I tend to save my real name for when I get to know someone better, so.. x3 Not because I'm paranoid to have people knowing my real name, it's just nicer to save more "personal" things for those that actually want to be your friend rather than just a passerby? Somethin'.
