So... apparently my best friend Brittany and her fiance got married recently. It was a courthouse wedding.
While I'm happy for her... it was totally unexpected. I thought she was waiting until next year to have her wedding. Is she still planning on having that now - like as a ceremony wedding? Or has that all been changed?
And she also is apparently leaving her job at the library. That is interesting to hear. I wonder what she plans on doing now.

 I'm feeling really confused emotionally right now.
I'm happy that she's officially married to the guy. A guy who I haven't even had the chance to meet yet. But I'm a little hurt that she didn't inform me about her plans of getting married at the courthouse. Even if I wasn't part of the wedding party, I would've loved to be there as a guest.
It's been 6 months since I really got to talk to her. And that was when she mentioned she had gifts to give me that she got during her trip to India and China. Birthday gifts - mind you. Gifts that I still haven't received. I'm feeling really confused on where our friendship stands. Are we still best friends? Or has something changed? I really don't like this feeling.
