Nobody is saying any names in specific people o.o
Its more of a tips of proper leading- and ect.
I think what jeff is saying is. No Ban Hammer threating. It screams "i'm leader and I'm right, so your wrong" even if its not intentional
If you need to remove someone, consult the crew. ALWAYS consult the crew. That is vital to ALL fail diplomatic systems, and let the people give there side of the story.

Something Invisible Shandri Dundragoon Something Invisible Shan, think about who you're presenting yourself as. You're coming off like you're trying to hard. You're demanding respect without earning it. This guild is run by its Captain, VC's, and Crew. That doesn't mean we automatically just 'get' respect. All it means is we set the boundaries. We construct the guild, we maintain it. We're not almighty.

╔═══════════════════════════════════╗ Im not "demanding" respect for myself duh. i never do. in fact i think im just as friendly wit EVERYONE as they are with me, maybe even without those who are not friendly with me either....
I do not intimidate, nor double team, and i agree that "Respect shouldn't be given just because someone's the captain." BUT i DO NOT agree, that agression and bad manners are of free use just because soemone is in a bad mood or s**t like that. isnt fair for the rest of us.

We don't always have to make it known that we are in a position of power. I just think that we should try to calm hostile situations with as little of our presence known as possible. Now, if it gets out of hand, I can understand. I consider you a friend, Shan. I consider B-man, and Reavis as friends too. That's why I'm making my opinion known. I'm not doing it to be an a**, I'm actually doing it for feedback. I want to hear what you guys have to say on them.

I don't need it to have suggestibility about what I'm saying. I didn't say "No threatening" more along the lines of "you shouldn't" Everything I've said thus far is all opinion. It's all honest. I don't want there to be a big outburst from that being misconceived as an attack against the leaders of the guild.
