 I'm so bored right now. I'm already finished with all of my tasks for the day. The only thing I have left to do is remind folks of their appointments but I'm going to wait a bit longer before I do that.

I just rewatched a video of Brittany Walloch and Matt Key's LARPosal. It's so funny to watch the video again because I had seen the video before I even started watching Critical Role. I think I came across it because one of Brittany's friends - and now ex-girlfriend of Matt Mercer - had shared it way back when it just happened. Funny to re-watch it and see how many people I recognize now. Like... I didn't even realize I knew who Matt Key was before Geek & Sundry.

When it comes right down to it, when I'm watching Critical Role, I'm not just watching a "bunch of nerdy a** voice actors playing Dungeons and Dragons." I'm watching my peeps. Friends of friends. So on and so forth. biggrin And it just makes the whole thing that more awesome.

Watching the LARPosal also rekindles my desire to create my own LARP adventure for my friends to partake in. Maybe I will actually do it since I now know my friends are into D&D as me.

Oh! By the way, a group of us local Critters are playing on starting a D&D campaign set in the world of Taldorei next year. Still working out the details on when we'll meet up and what not... but I'm excited about it. Not sure if I will just create a mirror version of the character I created when my friends planned on starting our own campaign but nothing became of it... or if I'll create a character just specifically for this campaign. It'll probably depend on when and where this campaign will take place. And what class of character they are needing.

I thought I would just use the character I already created since she hasn't gotten to see any action (aside from the one-shot I pretended to have her participate [had to use a pre-made character sheet but I played it like my girl]) and I doubt she'll see any in an actual campaign. If I do any fun one-shots with my friends, I might make her appear in them.
Not to mention, I've already got a miniature (that I still need to paint) and the spell cards for a cleric and druid for her. xd I went crazy buying needed items in honor of her. So... I feel bad she hasn't seen much else aside from that.

I need to do some more Christmas shopping. Specifically for my parents. So far I've only got 2 gifts for each of them. *sighs* Maybe I'll go shopping tomorrow after my Vet Data Entry shift.

I haven't even gotten anything for my out-of-state friends either. sweatdrop sad Not really sure what I would get for them. Maybe I'll just opt out for doing just a holiday card this year. Not too impressive I know... but I don't know what to get them otherwise. Plus with it being so short noticed, it'll probably get there faster than a big package.
Maybe I'll do something homemade... like a drawing or something.
