Finally had my turn for checking out a book on Libby come up. I swear it felt like it was on the "2 weeks until available" for more than 2 weeks. And having read another book in the series, I just kept going "Why is it taking you so long to read this book?!"

At least I'm making a bit of a dent in my TBR physical pile. Even if it keeps growing when my Mom passes on the books she's finished, so it feels like I'm back to where I started, lol.

They finally released the OST for Dead Boy Detectives on Spotify, so now I can listen to the theme song on repeat. xd

I'm enjoying The Wager so far. The author does a great job of telling the series of events of taking place while providing brief backstories of the crew and explaining different aspects of the ship so well. The informational portions of the book don't feel like too much and doesn't bog down the reading.

I had a resident come up to me saying "Are you sure you want to show today's movie? It's a bit disturbing." I explained I've been trying to provide an assortment of genres. And if those attending find the movie gets to be too much, they can let me know at the time and I can switch, if need be.

Honestly, Glass is the least "disturbing" of the series. And it's not too far from other movie suggestions residents themselves have written down (but I haven't been able to show because it's not on the streaming services we have).

Like... I am a bit selective on what films I choose because I know there may be some stuff that might trigger our residents. But at the same time, I don't want to "baby" our residents either.

So weird. I definitely hear thunder, even heard it while I was stepping outside. But there's not really any stormy clouds around. It's the weird hazy cloud stuff like it was at home.
