Kingdom Hearts - Blades of Three Realms

Roveth just grinned a bit at the hysterical Hayner, and nodded "i'll be sure to drop by when i'm in town for longer than a day or two." he said, while Shiro and his chocobo partner which showed up finally, nabbed Roveth by each arm and hauled him off in in particular heading away from the group for now, but at least moving slow enough to let Roxas and Crystal lead on and all.

Hayner and his friends would of course wave them off as they went, with Roxas taking the lead since he was really the only who knew which way they ought to be going. When they reached the apartment and Roxas let them all inside he would check to see that Axel and Demyx were in fact still there with Xion.

"We couldn't really think where else to spend the night and since we're already here in Twilight Town I suggested we could all just bunk here," Roxas would explain.

"Our apologies for the intrusion," Crystal would add, glancing over her shoulder at Roveth still being dragged along by Shiro and Shiroi Senko. "Hope there isn't a problem with pets."

Demyx shrugged a bit "from what i know, there's nothing against pets, so just have shiro clean up after the bird and we'll be fine." he said while crashing on the couch a bit, Axel of course grinned a bit lightly "my my Roxas.. bringing a girl home with you? how bold~" of course, this led to Roveth about to say something when Shiro clearly pushed Roveth's mouth closed nearly making him bite his tongue "stay out of this Yami no Ahou... you've already caused enough trouble." he said, while roveth pouted, and just moved to lean against a wall while Chocobo and partner moved to sit down nearby on the floor "sorry about this Axel." Axel waved it off lightly "no worries Shiro, Crystal, you'll have to make your own sleeping arrangements though, there's not enough beds for everyone."

"What's that supposed to mean?" Roxas was easily baited by Axel's teasing at the moment. In part, because he didn't really get it considering it wasn't like Crystal was the only one there with him, what with Shiro, Roveth, and Shiroi Senko also being there with them.

Xion chuckled a bit because it was so like Axel to mess with Roxas like this. It was nice to see that although circumstances were different now, some things hadn't changed at all. "So, did you find out what you wanted to know?"

"Oh, yeah, that's all fine now," Roxas answered without really thinking about it.

Well that was a relief to Crystal because if he had any more questions on those particular subjects she wasn't sure how well she would be able to answer them, let alone while keeping a straight face. True, it was great that he was so eager to learn and understand the things he was still getting accustomed to, but he really knew how to plunge straight into some really difficult questions.

"Roxas did warn us that there wouldn't be enough beds, but that won't be a problem," Crystal nodded as she checked the available rooms assessing the size of them before saying, "This should do nicely." She then reached into her pocket and brought out a small glowing golden-orange orb and tossed it into the center of said room causing it to explode into a cloud of yellowish smoke that would dissipate to reveal a rather impressive tent filling a good portion of the room. "And there we go."

"That's amazing!" Xion was certainly impressed by what she saw.

"You really are just full of surprises," Roxas was also intrigued and found himself wanting to take a peak inside to see what sort of trick there was to all this. Inside he would see three cots and a hammock hanging from between two wooden posts, a small camping stove surrounded by several tree stumps arranged as seats in a circle, a trunk filled to overflowing with books and notebooks, as well as other loose trinkets here and there that most likely belonged to Crystal as objects she had collected on her journey.

"Well, when there's nothing to tie you down and you're going to be doing a lot of traveling, it pays to be prepared," Crystal chuckled in mild amusement.

"So this is where you keep all your treasures," Xion had also poked her way inside to see what all the fuss was about.

"Well, nothing here is really worth anything," Crystal shrugged lightly. "But it does hold sentimental value I suppose."

Shiro shrugged a bit lightly, while looking over to the tent, and chuckled "if there's a hammock in there, please leave it be, as that's usually my sleeping spot in the tent." he said, while Roveth shrugged a bit, getting off the wall and proceeding to head out the door "i'll go sleep on the roof, makes things a little easier, plus i like to stargaze." he said calmly enough, and headed off to do just that. SHiroi Senko of course moved to a corner of the room outside the tent to nest in for the night, as axel and Demyx both yawned a bit, before the former stood up and stretched "welp, i don't know about you kiddos but i'm beat, so i'm hitting the hay." Demyx chuckled a bit mid yawn "have to agree there, i'll catch you guys in the morning." he said, and proceeded to head to his room, with Axel doing the same in this regards.

"So, like Shiro said, that's his hammock so don't go messing with it, but otherwise you're free to roam about," Crystal added as she herself wandered over to the camping stove to rig up the kettle so that she could get started on preparing some hot cocoa.

Xion sat down on one of the tree stump seats just taking it all in. "This is really cozy."

Roxas was poking around at some of the books that were overflowing from the trunk. Some were novels, collections of short stories, graphic novels, things that were easy enough to understand, but some of them were heavy volumes on science and philosophy. "You actually read these?"

"Sure," Crystal shrugged mildly. "It's how I keep my mind sharp."

"Roxas, don't you have your own room?" Xion teased him mildly.

"Well yeah, but come on, this is way more interesting right now," Roxas protested readily.

Crystal got the mugs ready as she added the hot water and cocoa powder with a smile. "And you're both welcome to stay if you like. There's plenty of room and they might not look like much, but the cots are pretty comfortable. Anyway, hot cocoa is ready so grab it while it's hot! It's a must as long as we're pretending to be camping anyway."

"Sure, okay," Roxas shrugged and decided to go along with it.

"So is this what it's like wherever you travel?" Xion decided to ask Crystal.

"Well, this is what it's like now," Crystal answered. "Before I met Shiro I was almost always alone so it wasn't nearly as much fun. But that's all in the past now. Going forward I might have to invest in a larger tent." She began sipping her cocoa with a contented smile.

Shiro chuckled a bit, before moving to climb inside as well ,but instead of perusing the journals or anything, he'd just move straight to his hamock and climb in, adjusting the pilow once he got comfortable in there, letting off a bit of a yawn before closing at least one eye "dunno about you guys, but i'm pretty much still tired. night~" he'd say, before softly starting to snooze from his tiredness, Roveth meanwhile would find a good ledge to sleep on on the roof and do the same, watching the stars and all.

Soon enough they had all gone to bed. Then the next morning Crystal would have reverted back to wearing her regular attire rather than the more cutesy outfits she had been going with since that outing in Radiant Garden. The only difference from normal was that this time she would have also tied her hair back to keep it out of the way because she had noticed it was starting to get long enough to do that again.

The rest of the morning would have been uneventful until suddenly Roxas, Crystal, and Xion would all find themselves enveloped by a column of differently colored light--green, yellow, and pink respectively--before they were suddenly transported away from Twilight Town to a seemingly random intersection in a city reminiscent of Los Angeles and Tokyo where they would find themselves surrounded by awkwardly lumbering variants of the Unversed.

"What the heck just happened?" Roxas demanded.

"We were transported somewhere else, a different world from the looks of it," Crystal frowned seeing the Unversed. "And a hostile one at that, because those are definitely Unversed."

"So then you've encountered these types of enemies before?" Xion inquired.

"It was a really bad day. The guy that controls them nearly killed us," Crystal flicked her hand out to materialize the newest addition to her arsenal, the Keyblade known as Light's Shadow. "Oh well, I guess it's time to take this thing on a test spin."

Roxas had already materialized Oathkeeper and Oblivion. And Xion had the sword they had bought for her from Radiant Garden as a temporary weapon until she gained the confidence to wield the Keyblade again.

"I should probably mention for your benefit, Xion, that the Unversed don't go down quite as easily as Heartless," Crystal would announce before slashing her way through a horde of them with a surprising amount of ferocity.

Roxas, of course, started laying waste to as many Unversed as he could himself, covering for Xion given that her weapon would be less effective on them and all.

Shiro and roveth of course had also gotten themselves back to their normal clothes and gear after a quick washing and drying routine, and after a good shower, just as they were about to greet each other, energy swelled around them as well before they were whisked away in respective red and blue colored light themselves surrounded by electricity (white for Shiro, and oddly enough black for roveth.. wait maybe not.) before they landed near where Crystal and the others were, looking around in confusion before noticing the Unversed, Shiro was the first to ask "... the hell?" while Roveth sighed, shaking his head a bit "don't look at me Aibou, i'm as clueless as you are." he said, before the two summoned their own Keyblades (Revival and Lockdown respectively) and charged into the fight as welland started dispatching their own groups of Unversed.

meanwhile Axel, Shiroi Senko, and demyx had seen what had happened, and just looked at each other before foregoing getting anything to eat and started searching around town for the five of them, Axel especially worried since three of his friends had just.. vanished? in odd colored lights and all, nothing like the Corridors of light Shiro uses, or the Corridors of darkness they use either, so it suitably freaked the three out.

There were just too many Unversed. If the group kept their attention divided across multiple fronts like this they were only going to wear themselves out faster. Crystal gained some guidance from Light's Shadow as the prismatic blade started to shine and she was momentarily lifted into the air. "Kaleidoscope Cannon!" she called out unleashing a steady barrage of prismatic bursting shots onto the Unversed thereby dispatching many of them all at once until what remained could be much more easily managed via melee combat and teamwork.

Roxas cut down a few more Unversed that were still in close proximity before performing a double Strike Raid, flinging Oathkeeper and Oblivion in boomeranging arcs to slice down even more of the Unversed at a distance and then catching both blades once they returned to him. Fortunately, without their boss and creator nearby the Unversed weren't reappearing so that meant that each one they cut down actually stayed gone for the moment.

"Doesn't this seem a little too easy?" Roxas observed now that they had a little more breathing room. "I mean, I don't see that guy Vanitas actually around here anywhere."

"It kind of feels like we're being tested," Crystal agreed. "But what in the world for?"

"We're not the only ones," added Xion. "It looks like Shiro and Roveth were both brought here as well."

"Huh, but I don't see Axel or Demyx, or even Shiroi Senko," Crystal pondered on that conundrum. "Is it really just us five? That seems strangely specific."

"And what exactly were those colored lights that nabbed us about?" Roxas wondered.

Shiro and Roveth both nodded to each other, and proceeded to unlink their keychains from their keyblade, letting them phase back into being kingdom key's for a moment, while Shiro hooks in a new keychain that he had recieved from the Bleach universe after those trials and tribulations to recieve Locked Moon (top-left most KB.), and proceeded to charge up his own light energy, as Roveth himself attached a swastizka looking chain onto the keyblade, Howling Instinct was what had formed on the new keyblade, as their black and white energies readied, they slashed outwards in a sweeping arc "Crescent Fang! Waning Crescent Fang!" they shouted, before the energy crescents went out and destroyed the last of the unversed they were dealing with, causing Shiro to sigh as he shook his head a bit, switching chains back to Revival as Roveth switched back to Lockdown himself, and dispersed their keyblades while Shiro spoke up "looks like everyone is alright.. wait.. that is odd.." he muttered, seeing a distinct lack of Chocobo, since usually shiroi Senko wouldn't let Shiro out of his sights usually. either way just as Roveth was going to speak up as well, each of them swirled away in a vortex of particles and light, respective of the colors they originally came here with (Red for shiro, Blue for Roveth, Green for Roxas, Yellow for Crystal, Pink for Xion).

once the five arrive (in a dog-pile, with Shiro naturally taking the brunt of things by being on the bottom.) they'd find themselves in a pretty large cave system, lining the walls leading the path were odd small statues that looked like people in suits of some type. "Welcome, keyblade bearers, to the command Center." a voice called out, thankfully it wasn't coming from all directions... and it led down the hall of the statues at least.

"... why is it that this tends to happen every time we visit somewhere new?" Crystal would have inquired from the middle of the pile.

"What just happened?" Xion would wiggle her way down from the top of the pile and begin helping Roxas to get up as well.

"What exactly is a Command Center?" Roxas would wonder in response to the strange voice that had greeted them. "It kinda looks like we're somewhere deep underground."

He and Xion would then help Crystal off of Roveth and Shiro. Crystal would look around with some curiosity about their predicament before going to help with prying Roveth off of Shiro.

"On the bright side, there aren't any Unversed down here," Crystal observed.

"Which still begs the question of where exactly here even is," noted Roxas.

"Well, if we're lucky, the big booming voice will be able to fill us in on the details," Crystal replied.

"At the very least it sounds like they know about all of us being able to wield Keyblades," noted Xion.

"They probably sought us out because of that," Crystal concluded. "And with Vanitas around this world probably needs help."

Roveth thankfully took the help from Xion and roxas as he gave off a bit of a grunt before glancing to Crystal with a mild look of amusement and annoyance "if i ever find out that reason, you'll be the first to know." he snarked, while shiro, after everyone got off him, just grumbled a bit "nothing against the dogpile thing, but -why- am i always on the bottom?" of course, Roveth wanted to quip -badly- and send everyone's minds in the gutter thankfully however the voice would speak up once more "the Command Center is a special area away from town to both protect you from those creatures you faced, but to fill you in on why you are here..." of course, given Shiro and Roveth were looking at each other in curiosity, both of them decided to start further down the cavern towards whever the voice seemed to be coming from... of course, once everyone arrived, they'd see viewing screens made of crystalline stones,and on a wall in front of them was what looked like a large metallic Tiki face of supernatural origin (Alien, obviously!)

"Well, that's strangely helpful," Roxas would follow after Shiro and Roveth. "I guess we really will be getting some answers."

"This is all very elaborate," Xion observed taking in their surroundings.

"The technology looks kinda super ancient and super futuristic at the same time," Crystal added. "If I wasn't so concerned with why we're here I'd say this is kinda cool."

"I'm not sure what I was expecting, to be honest, but this is pretty bizarre," Roxas commented. He stared long and hard at the metallic Tiki face on the wall in front of them. "So, are you the one that called us here?"
