I think that it's funny. I used to be uncomfertable with homosexuals, but I still accepted them. That's mainly the reason why it took so long for me to accept it. It took a year. Hello my name is Regina. I am fifteen and an aspiring screenplay writer. I am also bisexual. I figured this out when I was 13 and told one of my best friends at school. It was over the summer when I told her. “Her response was to laugh and look at me. She asked “Was this a suppose to be a secrete ?” I have a had a few boy friends and a girl friend. Any way I became out ragged at the attempted to ban gay marriage and homophobia in general so joined this guild.

I always knew I was... different from the other kids growing up. but that didnt reallie bother me till I found myself looking at the other boys and having them call me such words as "f**", "Queer", and so on and so forth.
I soon came confortable with my sexuality in grade 7 realizing that I am and always have been and always will be a homosexual. comfortable enough to come out to my close friends. and even have my first offical boyfriend. But just this past year I came out to my mother. no other family member knows.
as of right now I am single. My last relationship was nearly a month ago. It didnt end so well. but thats in the past. and right now I've been trying to live in the now.

I am here because I have been at work at the Rainbow Coalition perhaps longer than many of you have been alive. I became an activist in the years when my friends, teachers and aquaitances died of AIDS. Over the years I have become more active having been the person of a friend's homosexual love, my best high school student and his familly thrown out of the church for his being gay, my brother raped by a gay priest, etc. If you live long enough and are interested in the equal rights of all human beings you become part of the Rainbow Coalition.
