About me: I'm bi, having finally realized this after quite a while of confusion. My close friends know that I'm bi, since they helped me realize it was ok if I was. My mom thinks I'm gay, because she kept asking me (most of my friends are) and all I could say is I don't know, because that was while I was still confused. After I said that she always said that she'd still love me if I were, but she wouldn't support my lifestyle. Oh well, my friends are always there for me anyway...

I'm a lesbian (Actually... I'm about a 5 on the Kinsey scale, sometimes I think guys look good... but the thought of a romantic relationship with one squicks me - no offence guys!). I've figured I was bi since around the age of 14, and realised I was actually full-on gay when I was 18. I kissed a guy. Yeah. Actually... he kissed me.

I really liked Tsepho actually. It was just... gross.

Several months later I had my first real relationship with a girl and it lasted for 9 months. We ended due to personal reasons. But that relationship cemented my wonderings if I was gay or not. ^_^

My family and friends know. People usually find out within a day or so of knowing me, because it's not something I hide. It's not something I'm ashamed of. My sister was the first to know. She actually figured it out, mostly because of my obsession with gay rights, and the fact that I'm a rabid slasher and support Sirius/Remus like there's no tomorrow (Harry Potter fans will get that). She was a bit weird about it (Quote: "Oh my god you're a homosexual!" - though she was joking. You should have seen her face when I replied with "Good guess". :p).

My mom found out next. Nothing I do freaks her out any more. The conversation basically went: "Mom... I'm gay." "That's nice, dear..."

Not as bad as my dad's response: "I have no problem with it..." *Dive for a little way* "You know... I was ambiguous about my sexuality when I was your age." Which now leads me to wonder if his friendship with our gay friend Don might be a little more than that.

I also have a gay cousin and my aunt Jane lives with her partner Freda and their daughter, Jessica. ^_^ So I have a really open-minded family.

So yeah... I've rambled on about myself waaaay too much. Sorry!

Hello! I'm Jasmine, and I'm bi. I go to Redmond High School, in the complete hick-town of Redmond, OR. Amazingly, we actually have a GSA there, and I'm glad that I can now be in this Guild. Thanks to the owners for letting me join, to echo Cherry's words. I found out I was bi this past summer, just after turning 15. I had realized that I liked one of my best friends as more than a friend. It never went anywhere, but it was definitely a turning point in my life. I'm not completely out yet, but I hope that someday I'll have the confidence to show my sexuality as something I'm proud of, instead of something I'm scared of being persecuted for. So far, all of my friends in Bend know, and one two people in Redmond know. I've also told my parents--my mother and father only; my step-parents don't know yet, though I think my step-father Jeremy might be taking a guess--and their reactions were surprisingly good. My mom found out only a month or two after I did. I was leaving with my dad for a trip soon, and wanted to tell her first. At first she thought I was just confused, but she seems to have accepted the fact that I'm bi now. My dad was great about it. He found out only a few weeks ago, when I got really depressed and wrote a 'bare-all' letter confessing everything. He took it well, and pretty much said my sexuality doesn't matter at all to him. I have a good relationship with my parents, so all in all it went smoothly. Some days I feel more like dating girls, other days I prefer guys, but all in all its pretty 50/50. Mmm. yeah so hi everybody. My name is Stephanie. My Middle name is Elizabeth, so I like tacking those two together to form Stephanie-Elizabeth. Which is weird, because I hate my names. Now for that question you guys have probably all been waiting for-- my sexuality. Well, people find it kind of ubsurd that I 'think' I'm anything but straight. But hey, usually you can tell somebodies sexuality when they're really young so why can't they find it out themselves when they're around eleven or twelve? Exactly. So yeah, I'm a lesbian; and a rather whorish one at that. I've been going out with my lovely girlfriend Colette over the interweb for a little over a year now, and just the other night my [local] girlfriend asked me out.

So you know, I'm usually a nice person, but I have my moments. I'm getting psychoanalyzed by a psychologist, so I might be like bipolar or something. It's actually probably very likely, because my brother has ADHD that is rather borderlinde manic depression. Simple things make me smile, a lot. I love when my girlfriends walk up behind me and wrap their arms around my waist and just start whispering sweet things to me.

Other things I like inxclude writing, reading, getting on the internet, roleplaying, stuffed animals, lollipops, haha GIRLS, rock bands, emo bands, the violin and cello[both of which I play]. Did I mention girls?
Oh, and most of the things I have been reading lately are based around the Gay/Lesbian lifestyle or whatever you want to call it.


Also, I know gay is also ment to analyze girls that like girls, I don't like thinking Lesbian and Gay can mean the same thing. I don't know why, I just like to keep things seperated.
