With doing this paper, it makes me realize how very little information I know about the black society outside of the America/Africa aspect, especially during the slavery times and fight for equality.
Some of my sources I've come across primarily focus on the Western aspects... but I'm trying to pick out quotes (or at least edit it a bit) so it makes it sound like it includes the entire black race, and not just a selection of them.

Just got to finish writing stuff about the second topic I'm wanting to address and then I'll be done with the rough version of my paper. Woot! So glad I'm almost done with this paper. :)

Even though I don't have to do it, I'm going to go ahead and start the reading for my 17th/18th C. Lit. class. At least it'll give me some time to relax in the next week or so, especially after having to work none stop on those essays.

Meh... you know what. I'm going to wait on doing the reading. I need to figure out what selections my teacher is wanting us to read... especially when a lot of these are extremely long.

*watches The Hillywood Show's Vampire Diaries parody* I've never seen the Vampire Diaries before, so I won't know how it compares to the original. But I've always enjoyed the Hillywood Show's works. So I'm sure it'll be good none the less.
