I like Ginny/Luna or even a Herm/Pansy but it seems that everyone wants to write male slash... I've only found one site with femmeslash and there's only 18 or 19 stories compared to the 3,000+ of male... If only I was a writer...

Femslash is extremely erotic, but unfortunately rarely written well. Hermione/Pansy is probably my favourite pairing.

For the ones who do enjoy femslash I suggest watching the L Word, my favourite show.

Wanted to add that I read a story with H/D as main pair but R/H/P had a big part too. I can't find it and I actually didn't shudder at the thought of those 3 being together. Best part was that Herm and Pansy bonded together before they brought Ron in-kinda like an afterthought. lol

oh no no no YOU got it wrong! There's a lot more that femmeslash can do that male slash can't... Either way, neither are boring if it's written well. Besides, I'm partial to femmeslash...gay pride and all...

I'm not really into the femmeslash much, to be honest (H/D for me, all the way!), but when I do read it, I would have to say Hermione/Pansy. Of course, I kindof see that as the girl version of H/D, so... I guess I just like the bad/good dichotomy, be they boys or girls

Well I'm willing to try any pair once but I already have a few that I like. I think LunaxGinny is cute. I stand HermionexGinny sometimes but most of the time I kinda think one of them would end up slapping the s**t out of the other. But my favorite has to be FleurxHermione. Everyone knows that Viktor was eyeing Ron but chickened out and asked Hermione instead....then he and Fleur has a b***t fight.

I somewhat like female slash, i mean i usually read Harry/Draco fics but if i do read a female slash its either Hermione/Ginny or Hermione/Pansy. But other than those too i dont really care for them at all!

There isn't much HP femslash, so I haven't read a lot. I do know, though, that in my eyes Hermione is just not a lesbian, or even bisexual. I think Hermione is great, but totally unslashable. However, around the first post someone mentioned her being with Lavender because they were both bored of Ron, and I find that an amusing idea. smile Luna is my fave girl in the HP books, so if I could find good femslash it would probably include her.

I adore femmeslash! It took me a while to find any good fics, but if you have an LJ account I recommend going to the hp_girlslash community - I think someone here already mentioned it?

My favourite pairings are Lily/Narcissa, Hermione/Bellatrix, and Ginny/Tonks. Also all kinds of Blackcest. That's amazing. As for unslashable...I've read some Hermione/Minerva fics that were well-written but I just can't quite believe the pairing. I dunno. Minerva seems asexual in my mind.

I suppose whether I would read something is pretty dependent on the style and quality of the story, and the plausibility of the pairing. I honestly don't care much for graphic sex scenes irregardless of whether the people involved are a man and a woman, two men, two women, or some other combination (such as three or more people, for example). So I generally wouldn't really want to read a femslash rated R or higher for sexual content (or any other pairing type rated for the same reason). I've seen some cute and romantic Ginny / Luna stories, though, and those are nice.
