Work Restrictions: Do not pull, push, or lift anything over 10lbs and do not bend or twist your back.

What I did today for work: Moved around Strollers that weight about 15-20lbs or more depending on what people put in them when they park them in the wrong area.

Nope. My dad's a doctor, he said no. 3 other doctors said no as well. They're not attacking me so I don't need to take them out. It just sucks when you have to take a huge pill.
