Now I want a po'boy. That sounds really good...
1/3 lb each smoked provolone, Monterrey jack, and swiss, 1/3 lb each salami, pepperoni and ham a blend of chopped garlic, black and green olives, vinegar and a bit of mustard if you want. Pepperonchinis if you want, as well One whole loaf of French or Italian bread (3 ft or so)
Blend the garlic, olives, mustard, pepperonchini and vinegar in a food processor until chunky. Slice the bread in half and scoop out the bottom part, and fill with olive mixture: layer on cheese and meat, and close sandwich. Wrap in foil and chill for 24 hours. Slice and devour with lemonade, lemon tea, or a caddy shack. (lemonade and tea, also known as an Arnold Palmer)
If you drink sweet tea, you will be punished.
