It's true. My roommate thrives on the attention he gets from his Cork accent.
I don't know what a Belfast accent sounds like, but it surely has to be easier to understand than a Cork accent. XD;

to be honest,
I can see little that's extremely different in a Belfast-ish (xD) dialect, I could probably understand you without much thinking.
but Cork? holy crap. I have to actually make an effort to understand most of it. D:

Hilariously enough, I too got a haircut.
I swear it's contagious.

It's different.
First time cutting it since January of LAST YEAR =D.
So I'm not quite use to having short hair again.
But other than that, I pretty much love it.

I also bought a backcombing brush, so I can make my hair all big and poofy >w<

I needed it.
My hair was fried and chemically damaged because I dye it so often.
So I pretty much had to get 6 inches of pure damage cut off to make my hair look good again.

And the only chemicals I use are shampoo & conditioner, it's naturally fabulous.

I tend to backcomb a lot, use a lot of hair spray.
I dye it quite a lot.
And I curl it a lot too.

So I'm always doing some form of damage to it.
