Wow, this thread is a bit dead :/ Well, for anyone still reading this, my favorite has to be this one : Yume Musubi Koi Musubi.

The manga is about a high school boy who grew up knowing a preist. He met him when he was running around the shrine doing a ritual to make his aunt who was in the hospital better. Hes been stopping by to visit often since. He realizes he's in love with him kinda on a wimb were the shrine preist denies having feelings for him for a while. He has a twin that doesnt get along with him very well, and lives with his mother. When the boy is asked to move in with his mother he becomes depressed and stops going to see the shrine priest. The rest is a s~e~c~r~e~t~ blaugh

Anything from the mangaka Yamamoto Kotetsuko, Junko, and Nekota Yonezou is really good.
Plus Katekyo! Moegi Yuu works are pretty good if you have a thing for weirdly possesive characters haha
