 Meet Venus' entourage! They are here to ensure your party is a pleasant one!.
Venus' gorgeous....... fiance? (Are they even still a thing anymore??)
Arrows: his bronze arrows make the other Pae look desirable. If his arrow doesn't get you, then watch out for his touch! One little tap and you'll be flexing the night away.
Mischievous God of Love, and Venus' first son, the apple of her eye. Still mommies favorite~
Arrows: his golden arrows are coated in special love potion that will cause a pae'il to fall in love with the first one they see after being pricked by an arrow.
Anteros was created to give young Eros a playmate. He's the second eldest and recently engaged! heart
Arrows: His lead arrows can cause a pae'il to fall in love, just as Eros' arrows, however Anteros is the Avenger of Scorned love, and God of Requited Love. He generally is the one cleaning up after his siblings.
Lecherous and very popular with the ladies... and some men, too. His popularity with the mortals never cease to amaze! How many fans is that now?
Arrows: Himeros' golden arrows will cause pae to feel lust for the first pae'il they see after being pricked. They will have strong sexual desires that are not able to resist.
NOTE: any pae under the influence of one of his arrows will NOT rape another. It will be like Pepe le Pew, and he just simple won't give up until that lust and desire is sated.
Wistful and lonely, Pothos is cursed to never find true happiness with love. Some things just never change....even after finally getting boinked by his obsesser. Wonder how things will turn out this year?
Arrows: Pothos' golden arrows will create in a Pae'il a feeling of longing, of yearning for the first Pae they see. This is not love they feel, but an intense infatuation; a crush, but on a pae they cannot ever have.
His arrows are a curse, because the pae that is yearned for will never return the love.
Once a handsome young man, Iordanes was transformed into an androgynous god when he merged with a nymph. (the greek kind, not the pae kind.) Iordanes looks like a female, but is a male. Maybe. We try not to assume.
Arrows: Iordanes' golden arrows are dipped in the cursed waters that he created, and will cause a pae'il to change gender temporarily if pricked.
Hedylogos is the only Erote that is not one of Venus' natural born sons. He was found in her garden one afternoon, and she adopted him and made him one of her Erotes. He just wants everyone to feel good!
Arrows: Hedylogos' golden arrows will create in a Pae'il super confidence and wit. He can make any Pae'il a sweet-talker and master of flattery! The effect of his arrows are temporary, and he assumes no responsibility if the pae's sweet-talking gets them slapped.
God of the Wedding Hymn and Ceremony, Hymnaios is also considered a muse of music and is always willing to be the evening's entertainment!
Arrows: Hymnaios' golden arrows will cause Pae'il to propose to the first Pae they see.
Psyche isn't part of Venus' Retinue, much to her delight. But she is married to Eros, so she is Venus' daughter-in-law ...unfortunately.
Arrows: Psyche's arrows, when two Pae are hit at the same time, make those Pae'il believe they are soulmates.
Thalia is the Goddess of Celebrations, so if the party is a hit or miss it's all thanks to her! But when is it ever a miss, amirite???
Arrows: Thalia's arrows make Pae'il who are hit at the same time dance with each other.
Euphrosyne is so happy and bubbly, and Venus loves the cheer she spreads! (Venus might need a little extra these days dear! What with....that Adonis thing and all...)
Arrows: Euphrosyne's arrows make Pae'il who are hit at the same time very happy with each other.
Aglaia is the grace of beauty and Venus' prodigy.
Arrows: Aglaia's arrows make Pae'il think the first person they see is the most beautiful Pae'il they have ever seen.
Kleta & Phaenna are the Spartan goddesses. Who better to protect us from any possible intruders than this pair?
Arrows: Kleta's arrows inspire hero worship in two Pae'il hit at the same time to each other.
Phaenna's arrows inspires Pae'il to show off to each other, eventually leading to some playful wrestling! Watch out for Himeros.
The Younger Graces are Graces in training. Hopefully they don't take too much after their father....
Harmonia! The gift that keeps on giving! Yay....
Arrows: the Pae hit will see little birds and critters, feeling special harmony. The first pae they see will be their Prince Charming.

This is a multi-faceted event, in which there will be chances to win everything from babies of your own, to breeding additives, to perhaps even some other things! Exciting, right?!
You can enter 4 Pae for breeding possibilities (adults only), but you must sign up before playing!
Signs ups will remain open through the duration of the event for players who show up late, so don't hesitate to join us!
It is very important that you all remember this is a PG-13 website. Nothing is allowed to insinuate rape or other adult matters.
If you sign up it is assumed everything is to be consensual with your Pae. If you don't agree with this, feel free to remove them from the event by requesting their removal in the sign up thread.
Once the main party gets going, feel free to play out any Erote effects if your pae is hit.
Getting hit does not guarantee babies -- this is just for VDay fun!
You must be active and post with effort with each of your Pae'il for that Pae'il. Simple one to two sentence posts wont cut it. Please respect your RP partner, and don't stop RPing without talking about it with them.
This year we may be CC'ing some pairs based on extraordinary effort. If we see any entertaining or inspiring interactions, you can bet you'd be considered.
Do not delete your posts. We can see if you do in the logs!
Rules are subject to addition throughout the event.

What kind of Village is it?
Settled around the Temple of Venus, this village is a luxury Pae'Il resort. Whether lounging on the beach, getting pampered in the spa, engaging in gambling or other adult activities (We won't tell!), or catching a family friendly show, Pae of all breeds and creeds can relax and enjoy the finer things in life... for a price, of course.
Location description
- The village radiates from the centralized Temple of Venus. There are homes, spas, a casino and hotel, and several amphitheaters for performances. There is a large bakery specializing in cakes, pastries, pies, and candies. Most of the important buildings are fitted with columns, and statues of Venus and her children scattered here and there. An open market with lines of stalls sits in front of the temple and acts as a meeting place as well as the economic center of the village.
- Las Venus is nestled between the Ithyl Forest and Cha'en Beach. This gives tourists a centralized location to enjoy tranquil nature walks, bonfires on the beach, and with a bit of hiking enjoy the waters of Silme and the rocks of Aura Nin's base.
- The village is the size of a medium to large town. It employs approximately 50-100 Pae'il, excluding traveling merchants and performers. The employees and families share quadplex structures.

The Las Venus Hotel
This is where your Pae'il will start out their getaway. When they enter the building they walk into a grand, round room that's open in the center so you can see straight up into a skylight above. There are many floors supported by columns and statues of the Goddess herself and some of her children sprinkled around. This spacious room has been repurposed for the party with large fountains, long banquet tables overflowing with delicacies, and gambling stations. In the very center is a large statue of Venus herself covered in roses and with water pouring out from an elegant vase she's holding. It flows down her marbled body and into a pool of water below. This pool is deep enough to house our Naiad types as well as any Pae willing to go for a dip. There are channels flowing from the pool just below the floor that allows them movement around the room so they can also participate in the food and festivities (they can do so via openings). These can be seen through to give the Naiad light through the channels and the room a glisten of water, almost like the rivers were running through it!
There is an overlook on the second floor that stretches out a bit further than the rest. Here a magnificent throne, with rose vines stringing across it, sits. Double doors behind it swing open with a burst of rose petals as Venus and a hoard of cherubs pour out. She floats elegantly to this throne and sits upon a plush pink pillow, sinking into it with a beautiful smile. The pleasure of seeing so many Pae was really making the Goddess of Love glow with excitement and anticipation of what was to come.
The two supporting columns on either side of Venus were sculpted in the likeness of her favorite son, Eros, and her favorite daughter, Aglaia. Directly across from the Goddess of Love, a pair of gargoyles, exactly 30 degrees to either side of her, watched over to scare the evil away. The the ugly monster statues bore some resemblance to Venus' daughter-in-laws Psyche & Yukiko.

With a giggle that could never mean anything good, a pink puffball on a patterned fur tail poked through the door. It turned this way and that almost like a periscope, though it was obviously just a hairball. The puffball slid further into the room exposing two round pink leopard cheeks supported by two stubby spread legs. The sound of wood scraping marble was the only thing more annoying than the giggles. Anyone who could tear their eyes away from the creature's "Eye of Sauron" long enough to look down to the ground beneath this strange butt-monster saw weird upside down painted eyes on wood. Upon further inspection, this peeping Pae'il would also have seen pink jelly bean toes and a long pink tongue lulling across the wood to pool on the pink marble.
Sure this onlooking Pae'il would be both disgusted and mesmerized; this was the normal reaction one has to Pinkalani. As she continued to slide in, her mask and tongue became tangled causing the Tikicat to tumble forward over the mask. A spray of saliva followed, dousing anyone who was dumb enough to be near this fustercluck of a Pae'il. Pinkalini sprawled on the floor, both back feet up in the air spread eagle. Her giggles became cackles of joy. "Floor cold! a** frosty!"
After taking a few seconds to run her tongue through the fur on one of the displayed legs a few times, Pinka pushed herself back up on her feet and positioned her mask. Her cat ears twickied a couple of times. She looked toward the rubber chicken she had tied around her waist and talked to it like it was real. "Where be the refreshments? I must walk on the table and lick them all!! Maybe there will be treats! Yaaaaaaaaaassssssssssssssss!"
The rubber chicken, of course, said nothing. It was just a rubber chicken. |
