The lights in the arena dim down as Ain't About the Money hits the PA.
Ahhhh, ahhhh Ahhhh, ahhhh
blue and white lights begin to flash while a thin layer of smoke comes across the stage and down the ramp. Flames spring up along the set and the crowd's reaction is mixed, though the boos seem to drown out whatever cheers remain.
If you know like I know say Ain't about the money, it's about the power (say) Ain't about the money, it's about the power (you know like I know say) Ain't about the money, it's about the power (say) Ain't about the money, it's about the power
An opening appears in the stage, and slowly the champion rises up on a platform, dressed in his ring gear this time. The World championship belt is clutched in hand as looks down to the ring for a few moments before he finally begins to walk down the ramp, throwing the championship over his shoulder.
Think about it, think about it Ain't no need to think about it Get that Money, keep that power No they not the same thing Money can be anybody This somebody, that nobody When it comes to power Circle, super small and maintain Money make em' do it cause of what you give to em' Power make em' do it cause you told them to do it Money make you fly, power never die, don't know why Money can be lost, power never need an alibi Blood thicker than the champagne Power in my pride, power in my last name
"..making his way to the ring, from Saint Louis, Missouri, weighing in at 200 pounds, he is the WWFG World Heavyweight champion, Drako Damone!!"
Drako stops at the end of the extremely long ramp and look around the arena for a few more moments before he turns and walks up the stairs and into the ring, taking the championship back in hand as he does. He walks across the ring and steps onto the bottom rope, one foot on the second rope as he raises the title to the loudly booing fans. He steps down and walks to the opposite side to do the same.
When I'm in your presence you can feel the power Even if this company was built from powder Girls, kissin, on the couch, women, in the, shower Surround, myself with kings, you can keep the cowards Everytime I reminisce, I'm reppin' different bitches Blood is thicker than water but BS is the thickest Let the chain round my neck tell my life story Born into the money but would die for glory Get ready for the takeover, that face, lip and makeover That case, that I break open, that great fifth like Beethoven If you, wanna get it poppin', I can be in the team Thirty-four, in a, rocket cause Hakeem's the dream (Get it? They don't get it)
Drako steps down and looks around again.
Oooh, we're makin' moves You're only doing what my power let you do You see that money isn't everybody's thing When it comes to power, can only be one king
Finally, he removes his vest and hands it off outside of the ring, as well as the title belt as he awaits his opponent for the evening

Hiro Shin-Mozas would make his way through the backstage area, clearly a level of paranoia overcoming him as he witnessed a message from Blackjack earlier in the night. It wasn't since Seita Gray returned to BBW as Death Himself that Hiro felt like he was being stalked, as if some sort of omen was actually following him. This was going to be something he had to deal with for the foreseeable future, but making his way to gorilla he was stopped by a crew hand. He let Hiro know part of his gear was coming apart on the shoulder, and offered to cut it off, producing a blade from his side to try and help out. Hiro's response was to viscerally shudder, pulling away from the crew member and slamming his own hand down on the backstage audio equipment to hit his own music and get the hell out of this situation.
On a long and lonesome highway, east of Omaha You can listen to the engine moanin' out his one note song You can think about the woman or the girl you knew the night before But your thoughts will soon be wanderin' the way they always do When you're ridin' sixteen hours and there's nothin' there to do And you don't feel much like ridin', you just wish the trip was through
Here I am On the road again There I am On the stage Here I go Playin' star again There I go Turn the page
Metallica's "Turn the Page" began and the fans got to their feet, a loud and booming cheer at the first strum of a guitar. As James Hetfield's singing started up, Hiro Shin-Mozas stepped out from the back, the fans continuing to give him an incredibly elated reception. There was no MMI to worry about tonight, no weird stipulations: Hiro was going to take on the world champion in a normal singles match and that meant he could operate at full capacity. The Ethnic Enigma stood on the stage and marveled at the imagery of a full arena, it would normally fill him with a boat-load of confidence knowing that such a large amount of people were happy to see him. However, tonight, between the copious amount of sweat his body was already producing and the ever-increasing heartrate he was contented with, Hiro wasn't nearly as excited as he should have been. He would make his descent down the ramp, offering to high five several fans and obviously they gladly all reached for him...a few were overzealous. A guy pulled on his jacket, causing Hiro to jerk back and ask him to watch his hands, which many fans agreed with him for doing, but it still was a bit unlike him. He walked to the other side of the ramp and high fived some more fans, but again had a moment of internal turmoil as a fan's quick production of a sharpie for an autograph caused him to take a step back, refusing to sign. There was clearly a lot going on in Hiro's head tonight, and it was clouding even his most babyface intentions. He apologizes, letting the young fan know he'll sign after the show, and makes his way to the steps, climbing up the turnbuckle and standing there with his arms up as he soaks in a little more admiration from the crowd. It really never does get old -- that was for sure. Hiro would leap down into the ring, taking some exception to his legs which seemed a little wobbly as he landed, though it was probably nothing. Across the ring from him stood an intimidating presence, the World Heavyweight Champion Drako Damone. While he tried to push feelings of anxiety into the background, Hiro realized that not only would he have to talk to Nuke soon, but Jarel as well -- he'd have to apologize to the Dragon for the embarrassment he was going to put the Damone name through by beating his brother tonight.
"...and the opponent, he weighs in tonight at 228 pounds, and is currently residing in McIntosh, South Dakota...and he wants to remind DRAKO DAMONE that he is a former WWFG Legacy Champion -- ladies and gentlemen, he has the WIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIILL TO GOOOOOOOOOOOOO ON!!! HIRO SHIN-MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOZAAAAAAAAAS!"
Hiro would step into center ring as his introduction went on, pointing to Drako and then to his championship at ringside. "Never lost it", the Ethnic Enigma would say to him before taking his steps back to the corner. The fans were incredibly enthusiastic for this main event, and despite all he was going through, Hiro could feel the importance of the here and now reacquainting itself with his nerves. It was all about getting a measure of retribution for Nuke Fusion and putting the champion on notice tonight, and he wasn't gonna let Blackjack, MMI, or anything step in his way when it came to proving he belonged back in the ring. The ref would check with him, asking if the Ethnic Enigma was ready to go considering his visual offered an idea of being gassed...but Hiro just nodded and kept his eyes locked on Drako, waiting for the bout to begin.

Hiro was prepared, he was going to lean down, back-body drop, wait for Drako to get up -- Superkick, Gutwrench, pin. It would be an easy victory for the Ethnic Enigma...except no! No it wouldn't be! None of that happened, no, instead Drako rebounded right to the front of Hiro and planted a hard slap right across his face! The fans let out a collective "OOOOOH" as the hit connect, followed by boos. Hiro didn't stagger, instead just turning his head, the stinging pulsating through a quickly red hand-print on his poor cheek.
What does one do in this situation? Perhaps back off or get away, too many blows like that would result in some sort of concussion before you knew it -- but not Hiro. He would aim a slap right back to the champ, looking to clock him just as hard!

What the hell are we doing here? Will Hiro's offense ever be successful? Was a combo of Drako's newly minted heel turn and Hiro's ring rust REALLY holding him back this much? There would be no chopblock, instead another reversal of some kind where Hiro ate a hit to the gut which doubled him up and over the champ's knee. Drako then, with a ton of ease, would s**t-can the Ethnic Enigma through the ropes and down to ringside. Hiro would sell the hit while the crowd rained down more boos on Damone, he was committing the ultimate heel act -- BURYING the rusty underdog. Hiro huffed his way to the barricade, using it to stand while fans patted him on his back, pushing for him to actually do something...but it was not starting well. The "******** Em Up Hiro" chants had died as quickly as they started, for the first time since Wrestlemania, Hiro was starting to feel that even the crowd was doubting his ability to actually wreslte. This, compounded with the earlier fears and anxiety over Blackjack's reemergence, was enough to finally stop Hiro from moving, leaving him at ringside on a knee against the barricade to ruminate on the promise he made to Nuke...and whether or not going on in this match was really a good idea or not.
