*Not a hag* cool
All right. Well, first off, I suggest a different diet than whatever one you have. No, I'm not talking you become a vegatarian or anything of the sort. I'm just saying you might want to get some meat, whole bread, and anything else. I suggest the Atkin's diet, which I've been on for a week to get ready for the Megacon.
- Eat when you're hungry.
Until you fall into a normal routine of three meals a day, just eat a semi-large meal until you're full, and then wait for yourself to be hungry again. Slowly changing when and how much you eat, I think, is the best course.
- Food is for our survival
It's not a comforting pat on the shoulder, as you know; binges aren't worth it. It might feel good the first thirty seconds, but you'll feel terrible afterwards. Try to throw yourself deeply enough into a hobby and eat only when you are hungry.
((I'm sorry, I'm sort of pretending I know more than I do. pirate ))
