~~The Great War--
Three-hundred years ago, a great war engulfed the contient of the Azure between the three major ruling races; Humans, Demons, and Azure Moon Wolves. No written records were kept when the war started so it's history is limited to all three sides stories passed down. Though each race blames the others, the true cause for the war was religion.

The demons attacked first, spilling the human's blood in the grand city of Aiszure, killing hundreds of thousands of woman, children, and men, burning through the Aiszure tower gates, over taking the royal guardsmen. The demons, from the ruined tower, posioned the waterways and riverbed azurite ores, which have posion properties and is used in making some of most lethal posion in Azure. The effect was more widespread than thought and effected even the Azure Moon Wolves, it dried up the water in the twenty-three regions and cursed the surronding lands iwth terrible soil and mutated animals/beasts.

The Humans retalliated by setting a wall of water from the Itsu damn through the demon's lands and attempted the shut the portal from the dark areas of Azure, called the Sesshou plains. They failed on their first few attempts, using their strongest preists and warriors to atempt to seal the portal to the demon lands, but slaughtered millons of demons and temporary blocked the portal for a short time with the water. The demons were still growing despite the flooding, when one half demon and a small band of demons assisted the humans in wiping the demons of their powers, allowing for a more even fight, they couldn't seal the portal but blocked it off entirely with a azurite wall, crippling their powers immensely.

The Azure Moon Wolves stayed neutral helping niether side until the demons and humans accidently killed two village elders and the son of the Azure's leader. Feeling betrayed by their neutrality, the Azures posioned the lands hundreds of thousands of acres of lands between them and the humans, creating the northern posion wastelands, killing millions of humans, and used their holy powers to seal the demons within their own human forms, killing hundreds of thousands of them and weaking much more of them severly. To show how respited they were, the Azures implanted parts of their own souls into fallen human warriors and demons. They made them attack their own former sides and races making them all more paranoid on who to trust which led to the collaspe of the Humans society.

The war raged on for nearly three hundred yeras until a shaky truce was made when the Azure's and the human's leaders fell for each other, leading them to bear a Half Human, and half AZM child. Both were killed by the demons but it was before either side had found out about the lone child who was three hundred when he was found, they had him right when the war started.

The demons submitted unwillingly due to fear of a co-alition attack by both. But it was too late, the damage from the war was done; the contient was engulfed in flames and smokes. Bodies swen about everywhere. All sides had to rebuild and re-populate before they could ever hope of lauching another assualt against the others.

In the current day, remnants of the war still linger the contient of Azure's surface. Only bands of mercenarys and bounty hunters roam the wilderness and deserted portions of Azure. Due to the damage the great war caused, caravans of men and women set out to find better lives from their desercrated and ruined towns.

~~The races--
The demons were a proud and strong race whom orginaly hailed from farther lands off of the Azure continient. They have many breeds and tribes but rarely fight amongst themselfs since they all hail form the sesshou plains and are one way or another related. The demons hold limited powers but make up for it with their immense strengths and ability to breed faster armies than any other race. They believe in the god/s Jikan and Toriko.

The humans lack in almost every area except their powerful fighting skills and tactics. They are unfied in limited areas and their forces are normally scattered except for near capital cities.They believe in the god Agero.

The Azure Moon Wolves are, just as their name implies, from one of worlds three moons, though some speculate the third crescent moon. They live for hundreds of thousands of years and have the deepest ties with Azure and the world. They have very strong powers but as it is customary, their powers are sealed upon birth and will become unsealed after they drink from the fountain of Asita, which is hidden deep in the posion wastes. They believe and in most of the case worship the god Ashita.

~~Gods--
As with most races, gods and religion played key factor in what started the great war, so lets divulge into what makes them each special.

The first two of the four gods are Jikan and Toriko, the twins. Their names are drived from Best and Everyone roughly in japense and can be interpeted as to best everyone. Not much is known about demon gods.

The third god is the human's god, Agero, whom means Rise in Japense. He is the god of the sun, and is rumored to still be part of it.

The fourth god is the Azure Moon god, Ashita the god of balance. It roughly translates to Hero in Japense but it may have mean't something else. Ashita created the moons and is still imbued into them, it's believed that the Azures are his descendants.

Darkened-Si-Brandiers(Darkened-Si-Brandiers are demonic verisons of Dual Blades but with Brandier swords, they have strong dark elemental powers and alignment and generaly aligned with demons. They have the same attibutes except their speed is reduced greatly by their swords and they have the power to open the rift to demon realm and pull out demons to fight for them.)
Blood Blades(Blood Blades are those who have the ability to heal themselves on their enemies bloods by attacking them with thier own bone made blades. They are very much like Clerics and are just weak except they have strong dark magical powers and are very agile. The bone to sword process is a forbidden style and humans activly hunt down anyone who uses it. Blood Blades cannot die so long as the swords they make remain intact. The process of creating bone-embedded or bone swords is very painful and requires fresh blood of another to work.)

-Azure Wolves:Unkown mainly, looked upon as a useless race, they are infact the third strongest. They play key parts in the world of Azure.
-Eternal Eyes:Azure Guardin verison's of the Azure Wolves, they have achieved god-like states through fully unlocking their powers and transcedning the Posion Wastes and finding the portal to the "Realm of Azure" or the Realm of the Gods. They are truely invicnable, they can't die, if they are destroyed they are reborn with sealed powers but retain the rebirth ability.

Bio: Atoli is a tender-herated woman who lost her entire family to the AZM. She was raised by her grand father to wed Tanaka so their families could link together and discover the true secerts of the AZM. She fell for him as they grew up but was quickly told that the wedding was nulled and she was to forget about him. She spent eleven years tracking him down trying to find out herself why she was not to be with him. She is good freinds with Hiiaragi but she doesn't know that he is part of his caravan and the only reason she joined is to find Tanaka whom, ironicly, is also the leader of the caravan. She is very keen on her medical skill and likes to daily mix herbs into medicinal cures and healing powders.Atoli is very tough and always follows Tanaka, even if she knows she has a high problity of dying.

Bio:Hikari is Tanaka's younger sister whom has always had a crush on his rival, Hiiaragi. Since she is very straight forward, she has been trying to confront her feelings to Tanaka and Hiiragi but their constant fighting makes it impossible. She is the very first Death Cleric to be awarded a Grand Master title without actually fighting to obtain the title. She is very soft spoken and therefore many people don't know she is the GMDC. She is very small and fragile despite her appearance but that doesn't mean she can't fight; she's killed over ten-thousand demons.

He believes that in order to be a man, he has to beat Tanaka and steal away his title. Bio:Kunio is a Azure Moon wolf who has fully unlocked a small portion of his incredible powers. He is related to Tanaka by blood and serves under him since Tanaka is the next heir to the Azure Moon Wolves throne. He was forbidden by the old and dying ruler of the AMW to tell Tanaka so he struggles talking to him. He and Tanaka meet when they where younger, and since then has been Tanaka's secert keeper. He has a major weakness for women and is quite the womanizer, though he tries not to be. He has unleashed part of his own dormat power and as such can use fire powers with ease.

Bio:Tanaka Tanabishi is part of a wandering caravan from his hometown, set out to explore much of the world of Azure. Tanaka specialilizes in Medical so he was at one time the Caravans Cleric, but, when he found his true calling as a Brandier, his skills as a master Blade Brandier came natural. Tanaka is a descendant of a warhero of the great war but he is oblivoius to that fact and is in fact one of the few chosen who can mediate between classes because of their extremly high spiritual energy. He has earned the title as "Grand Master Brandier" by defeating the former corrupt GMSB. Tanaka was the former royal guard captain for the Tsusnai Empire but left when a coup took many lives of his soldiers. He is constantly attacked by other blade Brandiers, in hopes that they can obtain his title, so he is always on edge. He is also a great alchemist and specializes in rare and deadly crystals such as Azurite. Very little people know much about him and even those who know him personaly have limited knowledge compared to the girl he was once to be-wed, Atoli Takuya. He lost his right arm to another Azure Wolf, his twin brother, but he tore off his left arm in the process. He goes around killing demons and taking their arms as a means of a temporary replacement. Tanaka's overall abilities we're served with his arm since it cut off most of his powers, which required his right arm.

He was partialy eduacted by the people in his village. Even though they did not teach him much they taught him enough so he could learn on his own. He is extremely bright for his age with an affinity to scince and the art of swordsmanship.

Bio: Claire is an amnesiac: she woke up from unconsiousness one day at the end of the war in a destroyed human village and couldn't remember anything. The only clues she had to her identity were two short swords she found nearby that seemed vaugly familiar, her strange affinity and powers concerning water, and the fact that she had an overwhelming fear of fire for no reason. Claire named herself something that sounded kind of right to her and began to wander about looking for anyone who knew her or anything that would cause her to remember. She is sure there is something like that out there, and she refers to it as "the key." She is determined to find it at any cost. She also helps people she finds because she has a firm sense of justice.

Other: Claire has a sort of regal bearing about her that some mistake for arrogence. Also, she's very innocent and people have been known to try and take advantage of this. Despite this, she's kind and trusting almost to a fault. She does, however, hold serious grudges.
Powers: Can purify small amounts of water from poison or pollution, small wounds can be healed by pure water, sensitivity to water allows her to sense incoming storms and such.

Weaknesses: Severe pyrophobia, can't stand to see others get hurt and will put herself in danger to right wrongs, can be remarkably naive

Bio: Shyama was born from two demons who had their souls infused with that of a moon wolf. Both of her parents ventured into the northern poison wastelands to try to track down a rouge. She never actually met her parents, so she does not feel unfortunate. The other people she had met in the past tried to make Shyama disappear due to sudden loss of important items.

Avillon paced herself as she ran through the forest, running. She had been running for some time, away from the group of demons that had spotted her poking about. Avillon wasn't one to get into trouble but it always seemed to find her somehow.

Finally she slowed down to merely a walking pace. Now almost out of breath, stitches in her side and a bruised arm form being shoved into a boulder she was ready to collapse without worry. And so she did so, Avillon passed out in a pile of leaves and twigs. She hadn't eaten for a few days and pushing herself on the running had wasted a good amount of energy within her.

Kaida was adjitated and hungry as he walked through the forest. As the wind gusted by and blew through his blonde spiked hair he sniffed the air for trouble. Nothing yet. Being half demon he was used to being attacked on sight by other demons. Humans on the other hand he could blend in to an extent. Looking down he checked his vials attached to his belt then made sure his two swords were still an easy acess. Looking side to side he saw nothing but forest and noone unless you would include animals as a someone. He took a few more steps when something caught his eye. What in the blue hell fire is that. Approaching with caution he saw a human female face down in a pile of leaves. Knowing my luck she is dead or a nice big demon is waiting to rip me in half. Moving forward Kaida kept one hand on his sword. When he was by the woman he looked closely at his surroundings for a trap. Detecting nothing he knelt down and placed the hand that was on his sword upon her sholder and shook her gently.

"Lady. Hey lady. Are you alright? Do you need help?"

Avillon heard the young mans voice. She was hesitant to answer but none the less she was awake at this time and trying her best to show she was still breathing.

Slowly she lifted her hand but gravity took her in and pulled her hand back onto the pile of leaves. She could feel the rough surfaces of the twigs between her fingers. This wasn't comfortable she thought to herself.

Letting out a slight moan she hopped the stranger would realize her little problem. No energy, starvation, and a previous encounter with the demons before.

Watching as her hand raise and fall back down Kaida leaned down and sniffed her. Demons just great. Kaida rolled the woman over and lifted her careful no to pressure the arm that was already brusied.

"Damn, they got you good. I'll get some balm on your bruise."

Just then his stomach grumbled loudly and Kaida sighed.

"Hell why not something to eat too?"

Setting this woman down in a sitting up position by a tree Kaida went about setting up a small circle of rocks pileing surrounding twigs into the center then he stood back and looked down at the sticks and they began to burn.

"There that should be good enough to keep you warm and cook something."

Avillon hung her head as she sat there, listening to the stranger. Something was off about him, she could feel it but it was hard to tell what. He didn't seem like a threat, nor did he seem to be doing much for himself; aka, using her for bait or something of the sort.

She tried to speak, she tried to move, but all in all her body and lips wouldnt move a muscle. Her throat was dry and her lips the same. Water would be nice...Avillon thought.

"w-w-wa..t..er" she said hoping to get his attention.

Kaida looked at the girl and walked over to her taking out his flask that he filled earlier. Uncorking the top he placed poured a little bit of water into her mouth then placed the flask into her hand.

"Drink all you want i got plenty more."

Kaida then pulled out some fish he caught and gutted that morning. He intended on having them for dinner so he sighed again. She has gotta be hungry i see no supplies on her. With that though he stuck the fish onto sticks by the ground by the fire.

"Give those a little time to cook then you can eat."

Kaida sat down across from the woman and stared. What the hell is she doing out here alone in a forest smelling like demons......

Avillon finished the rest of the water that was in the flask. Her stomach was that empty that she could feel the water run over the walls of her stomach. It was an odd feeling but she said nothing of it.

The silence was uncomfortable but Avillon didn't mind, she couldn't really say much to begin with. Avillon was happy that she was actually going to be eating something.

"...thank you..." She said looking at the stranger blankly.
