Kite's Return to "The World": my fanfic-- also AnimeGrunties

here is where I shall be posting mah fanfic, which I have mentioned in Sylabus' thread in this same section.
Syl drew the new Kite, whereas yokaiy came up with the new name for Kite.

A young man, around the age of nineteen, put on a headset, covering the eyes and ears.
"hmmm..... it's been a while since I played this game. I wonder what it's like now?"
a smooth computerized voice said, "please choose character name."
the young man, using his keyboard, typed in 'Kite'.
"CHARACTER NAME UNACCEPTED!" said the computer, harshly, then, changing back to the smooth voice, repeated, "please choose character name."
"has my name been banned?" the young man wondered.
"maybe...." the young man thought, settling on the name of the main character of The Epitaph Of Twilight. "Saya", he types.
"character name..... accepted." the computer said. "please choose class."
seeing only one recognizable one, Twin Blade, the young man selected it.
"please design character."

"welcome to "The World." says the computer voice.

that's all you're getting for now, because I'm too damn lazy.

fanfic, part 2!

Saya looked around.
from what he could see, he was in a dome, with orange as the main color.
well, this is different from the old Mac Anu, he thought.
"Hi there!" a guy wearing mainly green with brown hair exclaimed.
"are you a newbie?" asked a short, perfectly round, pink, doglike PC.
"how'd you know?" Saya asked.
"call it 'newbie sense'." said the guy wearing green. "my name's Sylabus! member of the famous newbie support guild Canard!"
"mine's Gaspard! I'm a member of Canard, too!" said the round, pink PC.
"uh, mine's Saya." said Saya.
Silabus and Gaspard burst out laughing.
"what? what's so funny?!" Saya asked, annoyed.
"it's nothing, it's just-" Silabus started,
"-Saya's a funny name!" Gaspard finished.
"it is not! stop laughing at my name!" Saya exclaimed.
"sorry, sorry." Silabus replied, starting to stop laughing. "so, you want help on your first adventure?" he asks.
"well, I've got nothing else to do, so why not?" Saya answers.
"okay, let's get started! we'll give you our member adresses!" Gaspard says.
Saya saw a box show up on his display screen.
'You got Silabus' member address!
You got Gaspard's member address!'
"now, press the menu button. then select 'party'. select us, and we'll join your party!" Silabus explains.
"is the area selection system still a 3-word one?" Saya asks.
"what do you mean 'still'? it's always been a 3-word system." Silabus asks, slightly confused.
"oh! I get it! he must have played R:1!" Gaspard exclaims.
"yup!" Saya says. "and let me say there have been quite a few changes."
"well, anyways, we'll give you an area. Delta Leading, Beginning, Freedom sounds good."
"hey, isn't that the place we took Haseo?" Gaspard asks.
"who's Haseo?" Saya asks.
"long story. let's go!"

that's all you're getting out of me for now.

'cause that kinda makes sense.
is that the actual area they took Haseo? I'm not sure.

Yeah, it was. So if I ever go back to it, I'll start talking in leet again. ^^; And honestly, I dunno. XD That was a long time ago, and I haven't replayed volume one.

actually, can't you just go to any of the volumes, go to the Delta server, and check bookmarks?
I need to do that.

Yeah, probably. I just don't have the game at my house. XD

understandable, that's what I did for the first two volumes.

Saya looked around.
he saw that he was in a green cave.
"what? a dungeon? what about the field?" he asks Silabus.
"oh. well, you see, the 'field-dungeon' system was abandoned when they made R:2." Silabus explains.
"yup! and you may not know the controls, so we'll help you out!" Gaspard adds.
"thanks!"

that short paragraph type thing is all anyone's getting for now.
I'm very lazy. deal with it.

to explain the change of the title, in addition to posting my fanfic, I will also be posting very crappy MSPaint Grunty versions of anime characters.
here's Sasuke as a grunty! his sentence ender is *emo*!
and I am aware that it sucks.

it's decent for MSP...and I do read the fanfic...Sy's old fanfic would have tripple or more posts by her and it had a small following on a few .hack message boards

yeah, but I still think my MSPaint skills suck.
I can't even make a sprite comic!
mebbe now be being time for more fanfic.

"geez. did they keep ANYTHING the same?" Saya asked Silabus, slightly peeved.
"not that I know of. for example, there're now creatures known as Chim-Chims that--"
"you know what? tell me later." Saya responded.
"okay, let's start with the misson!" Gaspard shouted.
The three moved forward, and Silabus and Gaspard helped Saya learn the basics, until...
"this is a statue of Falcet, the god of law. but we players just call it the beast statu-" Gaspard starts, but is cut off as he is attacked by a gunshot, aimed at him.
"what the-?" Silabus turns around.
"A PK!" he shouts.
"a what?" Saya asks.
"a PK! a Player Killer! they attack other players!" Silabus explains.
"hah! you Canard guys are wimps!" a player yells, from the entrance to the beast statue room.
"oh please."
the PK falls, due to another gunshot, aimed at him.
"I'm in Canard, aren't I?" a player dressed in white, with two guns, says over the dead body.
"Haseo!" Silabus yells.
"does this happen every time you two take a newbie with you?" Haseo says. "you might want to revive Gaspard, by the way." he adds.
"right! Revival Medicine!"
"that wasn't very nice...." Gaspard says.

for now, that's all you're gonna get! Saya's finished his first mission, and he's met Haseo, as well!
what will happen next?
you'll find out once I get over my laziness!

And Haru is back with a vengence. *chuckles* Welcome back.

I am very pleased at Haseo's entrance. :3 Can't wait to see where you go with all of this~

as the four go back to town, Saya asks Haseo,
"who was that guy?"
"the guy I saved you three from? he was a PK I noticed go in right after you guys. I followed him, and saved you three." Haseo responded.
"thank you, Haseo." Saya responds.
"do you want to join our guild?" Silabus asks.
"do you really think it's polite to ask that right after meeting him? I mean-" Gaspard starts, but is interrupted by Saya's response of,
"sure!"
"well, we needed more members. it was getting kinda lonely with Gaspard, Silabus, Atoli and I." Haseo responds.
"awesome!" Saya yells, in joy.
"it's getting late! I need to log out!" Silabus yells.
"what do you know? it IS getting late." Haseo says.
the four log out.
