Is anyone looking forward to seeing the movie Australia?
The movie is starring Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman. It takes place during the bombing of Darwin in Australia during World War II. It comes to theaters this November.

Yeah, i love myself some Wolverine.
But in other news...
Yeah, this is pretty much the only movie in interested in seeing at the moment...
I always enjoy Luhrmann's films so it should be pretty sweet.
And anything about my country is gonna pwn anyway..
well except Ten Canoes... i fell asleep in that...
But i digress.

I hope this movie totally blows everyone away. I hear it's had major production problems, so I'm hoping that it will be this fall's "The Dark Knight."

Except that will never happen because the advertising for this movie is terrible and pretty much non-existent.

I just saw a commercial for it yesterday. It threw me off a bit, cause I could've sworn that was the music from POTC. ::shrug::

But, yeah, I might go and see it. I haven't been to the theater since August 15th. Not really looking forward to going either. Maybe.

Australia fails. Last time I checked, it had a 44% on Rotten Tomatoes. gonk

Is it just me, or are all the most anticipated Oscar-forerunners failures this year? First Blindness, then Synecdoche (sp?), New York, and now Australia... methinks the Hollywood system is beginning to fail.
