Or at least a short story. It's a gay story definitely. Two gay guys, definitely. In high school, definitely. And that's about as far as I've gotten. I've got all these little bits in my head, paragraphs and one-liners, but no particular plot/story/idea how to begin it to speak of. Well, sort of.
What BSR has so far:
1) She's basing this off a bunch of things, but she's not quite sure how to fit it all together. Like, when she was a freshie, she had a suspicion that two supposedly straight guys in the theatre were gay for each other. She had this suspicion confirmed when she overheard one of them talking to his friend about having sex with the other. BSR would like to incorporate this, somehow. At least the stupid details, like one of the reasons she suspected was that they would frequently come to school wearing each other's clothes.
2) She'd like to incorporate some sort of natural disaster as what brings them together, but she's not sure how. (Though she is fairly certain the disaster is a hurricane. Not a disastrous one, but big enough to knock out school/power for a week or so.)
3) She'd like to make this not seem as generic as it sounds, but she's having a very hard time coming up with anything faintly original.
