 Welcome to my quest thread for my very first Soquili! <3
Hopefully by this time next year, I will no longer be a Newbie! >w< <3 Achieved! Received Shinyun as a gift in February of 2009. heart
Current Quest: Lorelei- Regular Edited Updated to Flutter/Unicorn as of September 2014
because her Regular form has Heavy edits.

Breed: Rhine Maiden
Description (eye color/hair color/hair style etc):
The main source of inspiration for this mare is this breathtaking image by the talented Cris Ortega. <3
Her base coat color is the iridescent skintone (ranging from pearly white to a rosey hue with touches of frosty gold) of the maiden. The hue darkens gradually on all four legs, at her muzzle, and on the tips of her ears. Her cheeks are of a subtle rosey hue. The area around her eyes is a smoky ebon-grey hue.
(In other words, draw heavily on the reference picture. *cough*Eyedropper*cough* xD)
Her eyes are a stunning crystal-clear blue, vibrant and spirited. If you could replicate that "star" shimmer effect that Cris Ortega used, that would be most appreciated! :3
Her mane and tail are pearly white. Luscious and flowing, they tumble down to the ground in generous waves. Her tail trails slightly on the ground behind her; Her mane piles on the ground below her.
Frost-like "sparkles" should accent her hair, as though her mane and tail were touched with frosty dew. Think of them as tiny snowflakes. xD
Similar "sparkles" should swirl about her hooves.
The tufts of fur about her hooves are longer than normal, longer even than an Angeni's. They are of the same smoky-grey hue that is around her eyes. (Please make sure this color blends in with that of her legs nicely. :3)
Here's where it gets complicated, and you have QUITE a bit of artistic freedom. sweatdrop
A pushed-back veil, similar to the one shown here, frames her face and partially obscures her mane from view. The fabric should be shiny, like silk, but transparent. White lace edges it. (I really like the pattern of lace in the picture shown!) Lots of folds, please! <3 The exact length is up to you~
Feel free to alter it as you see fit, so that it looks becoming instead of awkward. <3
A matching mini-veil/lace-piece-thing (again, the specifics are up to you xD) should lay upon the base of her tail.
About her neck is an ornate necklace that shimmers becomingly. (Perhaps frosted?) The metal should be silver, any gems you chose to include should match her eyes and be in the (general) shape of a tear-drop. I like the layered look, and would love it if some of the metal-work mimicked the swirling petals of the lace in her veil. <3
About her left foreleg are three matching INTRICATE silver bracelets, each with its own tear-drop gem that is the same color as her eyes. (Feel free to add more bracelets to other legs if you think it looks cool. :3)
She wears a circlet of matching colors, with the same tear-drop gem. The gem should rest on her forehead.

Apparently (less than) one month is more than enough time for my head to be swimming with ideas again. xD
Here's an idea for a new quest, just ironing out the details~

She's a Regular right now because I can't quite figure out a breed that would suit her... or, rather, a Rare breed I would love to see her as enough to spend millions to achieve that goal. @.@
Ideas:
- The idea I like most would be to bribe her for as a mutant ( rofl ) and to get customized wings for her that look something like this. <3 Large, black, tattered/torn with vicious barbed spikes along the joints. A matching barbed "spike" would protrude from her forehead like a grim parody of a unicorn's horn.
Cost: probably around 5mil. @.@
- Or perhaps as a simple unicorn... just a plain black horn.
Cost: 1.6mil
- Or maybe even Angeni on the original lines, with grand black wings?
Cost: 4.1mil

Her base body color is white.
Her nose is black. Her front left and back right legs are black to the knee.
The tufts of fur about her hooves are longer than normal, longer even than an Angeni's. (Coloration matches that of their respective legs.)
Her eyes are a milky grey hue, like the eyes of a blind person. Example.
She has markings about her eyes that look like ornate eye-makeup. (Two strokes of black that curl upwards with white in between, thicker lines about eyes, red strokes as shown. x3)
Her mane and tail are a deep, rich black with reddish undertones. The exact style is up to you, but I would like something elegant and flowing. I would prefer a long style, perhaps gathered up in braids or with loose ribbons in places. If you think an elaborate up-do would be more becoming, then go ahead! 8'D <3 I trust your judgment.
I would also like some sort of intricate jewelry/accessories. A necklace or two, maybe bracelets/anklets, possibly something worked into her mane/tail... whatever looks good. ^-^ Black or red would be preferable, but a stunning silver coloration might work too!
All color transitions should be smooth and gradual, except for those around her eyes. xD
If you think that anything feels awkward, or that the addition/alteration of any particular feature would be stunning, please feel free to add/alter as you see fit! <3 So long as she is absolutely gorgeous and sticks to the white/black/red theme, I am happy. ^-^

Her base coat color is that of a Grulla/Grullo (#17.) Please capture the vibrancy that initially drew me to this representation! :3
Her eyes are a deep, smoky blue.
Her mane and tail are a deep, rich chocolate-brown that curls subtly. Her mane barely brushes the ground; her tail drags slightly on the ground behind her.
Tucked behind her right ear are two delicate white lilies. A cluster of three white lilies rests at the base of her tail. (A few much smaller lilies are scattered throughout the rest of her mane and tail. Feel free to remove the smaller lillies if they end up looking awkward. ^-^; )

Since 2009, i've been stalking slots that would allow the level of custom edits shown in my original form (during the months i've been active).
I have missed a few of those raffles, but more often than note as of late they simply don't do edits up to this range.
I've created a Minor-edited version of my lovely Rhine Maiden Mare, and would like to save the form here.
Her veil will be added back in for Mod/Heavy edit custom slot openings.
