This is just a start, i have many more posts to go through but I thought it might be helpful...especially since certain forums seem to be much worse off then others. And I've seen a few users who've posted in the wrong area more then once, and on purpose. I know for some of the people on this list it was a mistake, which is okay, but for those who continuously do it it's not okay. it just makes everything a disorganized mess.
