Markings: Tribal stripes-- light blues and purples marbled and mixed (#c273ff and #4cb2e1); white on lower legs. On the face it'd be nice if there were tribals that shaped around her eyes and stuff, kinda like a horse helmet might (... if that makes sense).
Hair: Light royal blue at the roots (#91bdff), fading to white at the tips; feathers (hair above hooves) are longer than average

Coat: Dark blue with tiny white and light blue stars, with the impression that he looks like the night sky
Markings: Rune-like markings near his tail end, fading as you get to the shoulders... fade earlier along the back but further up the stomach. Two lines on each front leg above the hooves. All markings to be a royal-ish blue.
Fins: A colour between the darkest blue on the mane, and the dark blue of the coat
