im really really excited to see this movie! part of me is still wishing they would've done it in stop motion instead, but it still looks like its going to be a really really good movie!

I agree. It was an amazing child's book however it was also like...ten pages long? And there was really no amazing adventures. I have a feeling they'll be adding horrible stuff in it to make it longer, which will just kill it completely. Some books should just be left alone.

i remember reading the book but i think the only good thing adout it is the music the reat looks relly bad.

My boyfriend is really excited for the film... It is was one of his favorite books, growing up.

i thouhgt the movie was going to be crap but what i heard it was pretty good i have not seen it im going to see it when it come to dvd or sneak in.
if it comes in dvd im going to rent it like bruno

You make a good point. I guess we have to keep this in mind.
Though, the movie is geared more towards children, I think, and they probably won't care if there are added scenes that were never in the book. They did the same with Horton Hears a Who, and I never heard anyone complain.
In any case, I won't judge until I see it.

You make a very good point. Horton Hears a Who was an amazing movie, they did a great job with it. So lets hope they do the same for this classic childs book. Though, I heard it was a bit darker then the book. neutral
