What do you do when you're stressed? Do you cry? Do you yell? Do you mope? Do you clean? Do you eat?
I'm curious what gets your mind off of things?
I personally rearrange furniture and bake...depending.

I tend to yell, get angry, then start to cry. That is if I don't let it out.
If I can let it out, I cook, eat, read, draw, go on gaia, or listen to music.

I bake too. Or listen to music..or make rants for youtube. Or..take a walk listening to music.

I get angry, or yell, and I tend to cry. Other times I draw, write, listen to music, sing, etc.

I scream into a pillow, then bite the pillow, then talk to my friends who are normally my tranquilizer darts. After that, I start writing something to vent my stress out.

i clean, eat, cry, or go on gaia :[ but when i really need to get distracted i like to go to the mall/stores and buy stuff. lol i'm so guilty of retail therapy... =.=

That. And if it's summer, I zip around in a 420 dinghy. Even better if the wind is strong and the waves are rough.

my stress relievers r easy: write poetry, listen to music, and think about the Twilight Saga and Movies -shrugs- those help me alot!

i go to starbucks and drink coffee while listening to music., and sometimes i play gaia., it helps me a lot heart
