Chelsea! (My cat.) She's sitting on my computer tower, staring patiently up at me. rolleyes I wish she'd make up her mind. I opened the door for her, but she doesn't want to go outside. I gave her food, but she didn't eat it. She's just sitting there, staring at me, not saying a word. neutral Does she want a kissy-poo? xd

Kitty needs a hug and kiss. Despite their reputation for being aloof, in my experience, they're very affectionate and like attention. Maybe play a game with kitty? Mine use to like "chase the rope" and "ride in the cardboard box."

My cats love to play! 4laugh Problem is, they're always in the mood for it when I'm doing something important or I'm sleeping. o______________________________________o

The cat wants attention. If you pay close enough attention to the things which the cat was doing, then you will notice that each of those things required your attention. Give your kitty a hug, a kiss, and pet it for 5-10 minutes and she will be very grateful.
Of course, if that doesn't help, then you might want to go as far as to play some kind of game with her.
