The feet and calves are maybe too different in size with this perspective. The colouring and folds look very nice, I think. I personally don't like the hairstyle, but I think the technique is fine. The arm that's raised lookes like it might be longer than the other arm. I'm not entirely sure. That raised arm's forearm might be too thick compared to the other one?
I'd say "use a ruler/line tool" for the window, but I like how it's a bit wobbly. However, on the vertical center part, the bottom part looks wider than the upper part... And on the horizontal center, the left part is thicker than the right part.
I don't like the shading to the top-left of the mouth. I dunno, just seems weird to me. I also don't really like the nose; it just doesn't really look like a nose to me at all. That's not uncommon with anime, though.
Pretty interesting and good picture overall.

Yeah, I had some difficulties drawing the legs. And you are right, the raised arm is too long! o 3o
I was considering to use ruler tool in the window, but I was too lazy to go and find ruler. sweatdrop It would have definetly look more clear and I could have made it more symmetrical. Next time I use ruler. ;3
And for the mouth, I was trying to draw some face shapes, but it don't seem to suit there at all. She looks now old and not cute. Face coloring has allways been mystery to me, like how to shadow it so it looks allmost realistic, but yet cute. @w@'
Yeah, I have been struglling with the nose too. XD I can't seem to find way to draw noses so they would suit to my cutesy style I'm trying.
