Update:I should tell all of you that i wont be able to get on during Thursday and Friday due to lack of internet. I might be on Saturday night, Depending on my flight to Maryland. And I might not be on Sunday as I want to spend some time with my family whom i have seen for a few months. Alas, I will be back for sure on Monday to start judging submissions. Tuesday winners should be up.

Machine's Contest of Words

Hello boys and girls, my name is machine of life vincent, machine or vincent for short. You may be wondering what this is all about? That's a good question. The reason that I am host this contest of writing skill is to promote the writing sub-forum, Great Canyon. Why would I do this? I'm doing this because I feel it's a shame that the many times that I have visited the writing sub-forum I have either seen only a couple or no new pieces of written art added, also, there is a lack of comments on the existing pieces of written art. So to combat this, and hopefully to get members interested in writing, I've decided to host this contest and hope to host many more.

Theme: Happy Times-Submissions must relate to something that brings happiness to an individual.

End of Contests: Submissions must be sent to me by 5/17/10(should be the Monday after next Monday).

There are two parts to this contest to which anyone can submit a work to either one or both.

There will be two winner for each contest. I will choose a first and second place winner for each contest.
