It would be better if you were to post one or two specific works that you would like a critique on, rather than just linking to your entire gallery.

The first one:
O-o... well, the hair is... kind of... funky looking XD Very angular... But, it also seems to fit the character, so I can't complain too much. uhmm.... Ok, over all, it appears that you are wanting this to be a cutesie picture. If that's the case, I would say make the top of the eyes raise higher. O-o bigger eyes.... O-o... I don't think I'm explaining this well crying
The second one:
Makes me think of pikachu. Not bad at all though. The only thing I can really mention is that everything except it's left wing (our right) is shaded. Could be the lighting, but it just doesn't quite look right not being shaded.

First picture, the eyes look like they're too far to the right... like it's running onto the side of her face. Not much else can be said about it since we don't know much about it... If she's supposed to be cuter, I'd give her a smaller nose, bring her mouth higher, make her hair smoother, and make her eyes bigger... though you're free to do as you wish with your style, of course. There's also just not much here to critique since it's just a headshot.
Second picture looks good.

Well, this is awkward... I suppose I have no other comments until you post some other characters. Though he looks kinda girly to me, he might look more masculine compared to your female characters.
