Next semester, along with two classes from my major, I will be taking two GE classes: Linguistics 106 (Linguistics and Language) and Theatre 160 (Acting for Non-Majors). As the title states, they are General Education classes that I will enjoy. My major is Speech Communication, so Linguistics is obvious. Theatre is great two-fold: 1) Again, I'm a Speech Comm. major; it's a great way to practice public speaking and 2) I love acting.
After that, the only GE class I have left is a life science. Biology [and Human Anatomy, but the two are integrated] is my absolute favorite of the sciences, so I'll take Biology 101 and Biology 101L. Ha, take THAT graduation requirements.
