But usually they aren't so bad?
Or at least, I've never experienced them badly.

Well if you're not tired why not? Well unless you have to do something tomorrow..
I sleep for most of the day so I end up going to bed at 5:00am or not sleep at all. I know it's bad for me, but I cant help it sweatdrop

Oh no! What did you come across in the CB? xP I haven't been in that forum in years.
Well, it's up to you, but I would personally go to sleep because you will feel really tired tomorrow, and then you won't enjoy the rest of your day.
