They have pretty good proportions, and they look pretty believeable as chibis!
However the first chibi has a pretty angular face... I'd fix that. The second chibi looks like her(?) arms may be too long when unfolded. As for the 3rd, 4th, and 5th chibis, try to give them more dynamic poses. Try not to cheat by putting hands behind the back or in pockets, or covered by sleeves. The more you draw something, like hands and fingers, the better you become at it.
Overall, keep up the good work. I absolutely love how you drew their legs and feet. Definitely chibi-like.

They're incredibly cute chibis. They rather remind of Hiromu Arakawa's style (FullMetal Alchemist), especially when the series was animated (first time). The proportions are great too. And they don't look like little fattie thingies, and that makes me happy.
The only critique I have for them is that the faces look a bit too angular, especially the first one. Sacch said everything else. Great job.

For one who doesn't draw them much I'd say it actually looks somewhat professional.

The thing that first jumps out at me is how long their arms are compared to their legs. Your style is pretty consistent though and it looks good.
