 lizbot It was a seen of horrific, pulpy carnage. All Hellma had done was leave the office to yell at the damn gnomes, but somehow in this time... "AGGGGH! NOOOO! NOT THE PUMPKIN SEEEDS!" The application paused in its munching, surrounded by scraps of other applications. Then it spit out the remains of...was that a gold seed?! It had eaten her gold seeds. s**t just got real."AFTER EET BIN!!" The professor screeched at the previously idle Acceptance Bin. Despite it's destructive abilities, the application form was also rather slow, not to mention that the Bin had centuries of experience. It was only after the Bin sat munching contentedly in the corner that the professor realized what she'd done. "OH F-" |

Faction/Race Monster – Swamp Beast
Personality: Everyone assumes that monsters are big, slow, and stupid. Well, unfortunately, G fits those stereotypes to a T. He’s a lumbering, sweet-hearted creature with an insatiable appetite, and anything that’s given to him under the pretense of food will be promptly devoured, edible or not. This certainly gets him into trouble more often than not, especially when it comes to school books, homework...
He’s extremely friendly and has little concept of personal space, so it’s not uncommon to find him idly resting his head on much shorter people by means of affection. He’s slow in his speech, often choosing to communicate in rumbles or grunts instead, but can and frequently is provoked into talking. Unfortunately, it’s very easy to confuse and manipulate the big beast, and he’ll often go along with doing bad things without even realizing... well, that he’ll probably get in trouble for them!
Loyal to a fault, once G has befriended you, he’ll more than likely follow you about everywhere. He also gets his feelings bruised fairly easily if someone shouts at him, but he seems to shrug insults off like water. It’s like a dog; it doesn’t matter how many bad things you call it as long as your voice is sweet.
Though Gargantuan is normally the one that slinks behind people for protection, if someone he's befriended is being picked on and they can't defend themselves, that's the one time the swamp beast shows an uglier side to his normally sweet personality. He's disinclined to use any physically violence... but when you have a nine foot, five hundred pound snarling monster in between you and your intended victim, it works out pretty effectively in the end!
Unfortunately, the big brute is rather simple-minded as far as hobbies go. If he's not idly lounging about in whatever source of water he can find, he's more than likely scavenging for food. If it's not introduced to G as 'not food', then it's fair game to be eaten! This is not going to make him fast friends when students realize their possessions are mysteriously disappearing... He does have a fondness for trailing after people he's befriended, and for bringing them small, dead "presents" to leave at places he'll know they'll find them! Dead frog in your purse? Yeaaaaah...
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? To put it simply? G needs some help in the smarts department. Badly. The brute doesn’t even know how to be scary, and would much rather settle for cuddling and other nice things like that. He needs to be taught to utilize his bulk and... interesting physical characteristics, and reach his full, monsterly potential!
FEAR: Much to the disgust of most, Gargantuan has the ability to hack up enormous, disgusting “water loogies”. If the noises aren’t enough to scare someone witless (or at least make them lose their lunch), then being bombarded with wet, sticky, slimy water that smells like dead fish just might. It’s a rather foul concoction of snot, stomach juice and swamp water, and if he manages to hock one up in someone’s face, it’s fairly safe to say that they’re going to have to wipe the spit out of their eyes (nose, mouth...) to be able to see clearly and fight!
NATURAL ABILITY: Brute strength and an affinity for water come naturally for the big beastie. He can breathe underwater with ease, and if he’s out of water for long periods of time, his skin gets rather itchy. He also has a stomach made out of iron, but whether that’s an ability or just dumb luck is up to debate.
NATURAL ABILITY: Outside of school, G retains his natural, monstrous form. He can swim more easily, is much stronger, and quite a bit bigger, too.

History
 Once upon a time, in a swamp far, far away, lived a mess of monstrous swamp beasts! Known for terrorizing people with their voracious appetites, they were truly something horrifying to behold.
Swamp beasts are not known for being very motherly, and often abandon their eggs as soon as they are laid. Well, by chance, one egg might have accidentally gotten itself lost from its siblings, and when it hatched, the monster known as Gargantuan was born.
There was only one, tiny, little problem.
Gargantuan didn't like scaring people!
Cursed with being nice to people, the brute was rejected by the other swamp beasts, and eventually (...eventually) came up with a solution. He had to learn how to be scary! Then, maybe then the other monsters would talk to him!
With that in mind, Gargantuan set out to Amityville Academy! |

Friends
Calder - G utterly adores his "pony" friend, and wants nothing more than to pet him and ride off into the sunset.
Chuppi - Little monster! Chuppi's screams, though G doesn't like them, are impressive, and G rescued the girl from a tree. He's very affectionate with her and now they're on Student Council together! It is a very good thing.
Rain - The Hunter who knows how to play fun games! Rain suffered with G through detention, and that automatically makes her a close friend. Rain is now President of Student Council, and G relies on her rather heavily to help him out as Treasurer.
Shehk - Puppy. Shehk was also in the Other Bathroom, and G is very fond of her. She seems to be with Nuk.. G finds that funny. |D <3
Nukapana - Nuk is scary. G is extremely intimidated by the Skinwalker, and looks upon him with something akin to hero-worship. He wants Nuk to teach him how to be so scary!
Sin - A succubus who teamed up with G during the Student Council campaign! She walks very funny and G can't really help but stare... He feels bad for Sin because she said she was all alone, so he tries to seek her out when he can. No one should have to be alone!

Malodore - G adores the plague doctor, and considers Malodore to be one of his very best friends. Malodore participated with him as a guitarist in the Battle of the Bands, and is very smart! G intends to drag him into participating in play auditions... THEY ARE IN THE PLAY TOGETHER AND THIS IS EXCITING. |D
Kasumi - Sumi! A very creepy ghost girl who G firmly believes could be Oogie Boogie one day. She was the vocalist in their band, and a good one! She calls him a funny name that he likes, and he has to remember to bring her a frog the next time he sees her.
Patchy (Christof) - Well, the guy didn't talk much, but that was okay! Patchy gifted G a beautiful little pin--gifts are fairly rare in swamp beast-world, so Gargantuan treasures the thing, and Patchy, to boot!
