Technique Name: Omnislash Version Six.
Rank: B
Type: Bukijutsu/Ninjutsu
Element: Nonton.
Description: While Sorin has the Fusion blade fully complete he knocks the person into the air or if the person is in the air regardless. He spins the blade above his head and it splits into six pieces and he using time/space ninjutsu holding the blades into the air for a short amount of time. Ikari using the time space Ninjutsu slashes with each blade once Then he lands on the ground and all five blades land around him seperated and he has to reform the blade after that.

[Note:] Jutsu only works when the attacker is hit with the first attack Directly.

Can only be used once per battle and has a cool down of a battle.

Technique Name: Iron Mind of the Master.
Rank: E-S+
Type: Bloodline - Passive
Element: Iron.
Description: Iron Master is, simply put, training San has done to better master the base manipulation of his bloodline abilities. Namely, the iron sand itself. With each rank trained, San has better control thus allowing more complex shape formation, manipulation, and usage of the magnetic properties. Thus, he lessens the strain on his body, mind, and chakra. [E would be a minuscule amount, where S would be massive amounts. Each level must be trained before attained. chakra cost goes down by 5 for every rank obtained]

Technique Name: Electromagnetic lightning wave
Rank: S-E depending on chakra added
Type: Bloodline/Ninjutsu
Element: Lightning
Description: San uses his bloodlines ability to minipulate magnetic fields to turn a simple chakra technique into a rather powerful blast. Instead of using chakra and hand seals to creat a technque, San just concentrates his chakra into his fingertips. Then minipulating the magnetic current, he releases his chakra in the form of lightning creating a powerful attack with no hand seals and very little warning. Damage can be ranged from severe burns, muscle fatigue, paralysis, nerve damage, etc. Also, with the addition of the conductive abilities of his iron sand, he can use them to mold and minipulate the direction of the attack adding a ton or range to this technique (3/4 mile max effective) Without the iron sand, the technique is reduced to a mid range to close range technique.

Description: The Iron sand particle technique allows San to pulverize his Iron sand into indectable flakes that form a 360 degree magnetic field that allows him to instantly know where everything in a known area is without having to use an additional sensor jutsu. On top of that, because it is dust, San can recombine the particles into their normal size allowing his bloodline techniques to appear "out of nowhere." (the second part of the jutsu can only happen if a field is already in place, and using a bloodline skill 2 ranks over what the field is eliminates the field.

Description: Using a pre made set of coils of Iron sand the length of his forearm hidden underneath his jacket, San moves the coils in front of his hand. Placing a kunai inbetween the coils San then adds a short burst of electricity into the coils, creating an electromagnet and a strong magnetic field that already aids the current chakra based one he alreayd has. The projectile is then expelled through the tunnel like coils at massive speeds thought unreachable. This would add to versitility, distance, and the lethal application of the simple kunai though the use of chakra.

Type: Fuuin
Description: As ninja learn to understand the relationship between chakra and its relationship with the physical world, the more they are able to manipulate how and where this relationship occurs. Sanshi is no different. Lacuna, A special and unique technique to Sanshi is his own creation and interpretation of this relationship. Using a special formula, Shiki (rite), Leo is able to place [1] single technique/item into the seal, and have it ready for later use. To form the Shiki, San simply pays the rank of Chakra for the technique, as the rite itself will act as the conduit for the jutsu. Additionally, San is able to choose to reverse summon himself to the seal instead of activating the sealed technique but doing so causes the Lacuna to dissipate and the stored technique unusable. The Lacuna itself is difficult to see physical (due to its transparency and size), but a sensor with the discipline or any individual that can see chakra will be able to spot it. When activating the stored technique, San simply forms a single hand seal. Once the seal has been activated and the technique occurs, the Lacuna dissipates and goes away. When the seal is formed, it counts as an activation during that post. Lacuna is not restricted or hindered by the Seals Sealing technique, whereas the techniques stored in the Lacuna are, meaning if a sealing technique is stored in the lacuna while Seals Sealing is in effect then the stored sealing technique cannot be activated. To further explain this rule, if a Fire technique is stored and a technique stops all Katon activations in the thread/area, then the stored technique cannot be activated as well.

Description: After a vast amount of research in the art of hand seals, speed up by his trip to the void and great skill in the art of ninjutsu, Sanshi has developed a style of of ninjutsu. Utilizing his eye movement patterns to activate ninjutsu instead of hand seals San is now capable of making his ninjutsu activate much more stealthy, and often confusing the enemy as too its origin. These techniques maintain the same description and criteria to use, as well as require the same amount of time to mold the chakra as would be needed to perform hand seals, meaning the techniques are not instantaneously cast.

Description: Due to Sanshi's master satetsu status, the addition of powerful nature chakra can only increase his strength in his bloodline arts. Using Natural chakra to enhance his custom technique "iron mind of the master" sanshi is able to greatly increase the size, power, and scope of his bloodline techniques while in sage mode. Bloodline jutsu used still cost normal chakra and is deducted from the normal chakra pool. Additionally, Sanshi can perform sage mode techniques with or through his bloodline skill, having the technique cost that rank in nature chakra. Techniques are limited to Amidha Buddha, Frog Croak, and Oodama Rasengan versions.

Description: Creates a barrier that, rather than prohibiting movement, delays and mixes techniques going through it. Mixed techniques are treated as if they were mixed via Korabo Ninjutsu, and thus the final technique shares all the effects and cumulatively gains power as collaborated techniques do. Direction of the final technique is the direction of the strongest technique inputted, with ties being broken by the user. Size of the barrier is 1 meter by 1 meter at E-Rank, doubling for every rank of power above that. After the second post of activation, this technique requires upkeep of half the activation Chakra per post, with a minimum of 5 Chakra.

Description: Through sans experience and study of the way and nature of chakra, along with his deep understanding of philosophy and spirituality, the sannin was capable of making a remarkable discovery. While searching the nature of chakra transformation, as well as nature chakra itself, san was able to discover a universal set of lines of energy hidden within all things that, in simpler terms, were responsible for all forms in the material (and hypothesized metaphysical) world. the different levels of these energy lines, dubbed "Meridians," act similarly to natures DNA in that small changes can greatly alter form of a given object a life form. Through the use of various levels of chakra, stamina, and in some cases nature chakra, San has discovered the art of Dynamic change. The art works differently for inanimate forms then it does sapient forms, and as such their difference will be labled below. Energy is either directed through direct contact with a meridian structure, or through a 8 trigram seal known as the Bagua, which acts as a formula for the transformation.

inanimate objects: the ability in which an form can change is broken into 4 catagories: size, style, form, and special.
-size is the cost for the object that san is interacting with. It is paid with chakra. -Style is the cost for the actual transformation process, and is paid for with chakra.
-Form is the final form size in which the object is measured. This is paid for with stamina (Requires nature chakra for each level above +2 the original size). -Special is the cost for the object to have any special properties. These properties can only be paid for with nature chakra. Each cost is cumulative to the final cost of the transformation, and counts as a single activation.
-The transformation happens in the same post rotation that it is paid for unless otherwised noted,

animate form: the animate form is more resilient to the drastic change due to the "pressure" through their meridians. However, this does lead them more prone to tampering and manipulation. through the use of a single activation, and a b rank cost of both chakra and stamina, San can tamper with a single energy meridian, pulling power from another source and adding it to another. As many as 4 of the 5 energy pathways may be manipulated at a single time, with each manipulation lasting 5 posts for a resistant subject, 10 posts for an inviting subject. power drawn reduces that disciplines effectivness or by 1 rank, and power given increases that disciplines effectiveness by 1 rank. If more then 3 meridians are affected at any given time, the sudden change in meridian energy causes the bodies system to shut down, making the form unconcious. this can be done if and only if this technique is utilized 3 consecutive times in a post.

You can only take a reduction in something you have. So you cannot take reduced effectiveness in genjutsu if you do not possess any genjutsu.

Description:Most of the brain is subconscious, meaning people know more then even they know. This is a method to extract that locked away, lost, and hidden information. the user, when experiencing a memory or obtaining information from a another source casts a genjutsu upon themselves. This jutsu allows them to actually go back and re-experience the events, to actually walk around as a form of “ghost” in the area to interact with the environment and observe the happenings from multiple different angles. All of the various senses can be used during the genjutsu, accessing the subconscious information about the events, but the memory is limited by the sensory range of said individual as one cannot know beyond what they could experience. When used on yourself, one could perform this genjutsu in a brief moment while feeling like they spent an eternity investigating the memory by simply accessing the unconscious part of the brain. When used on another’s memory/mind one most continue to hold the concentration, and the investigation take place in real time due to the complexity of searching ones brain

Description: Through his intire career, San has learned the importance of the element of surprise in any encounter, and his training in King When Jie fang has allowed him to nearly perfect it. Through the use of learning to "still" the body, San can reduce his bodily signals and signatures to a near ghostly level. Knees dont creek, stomach doesnt growl, minimal sweat or audible breathing, these are just a few examples of how thr body signal is reduced. With the low level of chakra flow and overall body activiyy through the system, not even the sharingan(or variants), byakugan, or any discipline variant can perceive him. However, to maintain the silence and cover during movement us difficult, and adds an additional 20 stamina per activation, or costs 20 stamina a post for general movement (counts a sustained activation). Casting ninjutsu (or anything which requires chakra) is incredibly difficult in this state, costing a -1 rank in stamina compared to each jutsu cast. Once the state has ended, San must pay the full s rank again to activate it.

Description: Using the storm element Dante can cost ranton upon certain parts of his body. Dante’s hair grows in wild length down the backside as his human ears disappear. His teeth grow sharp fangs, while his face remains the same. Storm chakra covers and manifest Dante’s hands and feet for claws, animal eyes, ears, a tail made of stunning bright blue light. The claws are razor shape and can rip just about anything to pieces, which gives him substantial boosts in strength. Capable of even fighting on all fours causes boosts in speed, agility, and strength, which he can access at will.

Description: This would be considering one of the best techniques to have on your side. Allowing the user to create three eastern dragons and each bearing the enton element. The well-size dragons will simply rotate around your body and can be use in various ways, such as:
• Block Physical Hits
• Block an income projectile or elemental move
• Release to homing upon an opponent, and so on.
The dragons are not big and do not have minds of their own, this jutsu is control by the one who created them. Keep in mind these are on a closer level of Amaterasu and will burn heavily, on contract and crawl. While jutsu is in place the user can not move, from their current location.

Description: This is a tricky technique which utilizes sake poured into a large sakazuki cup. Naru will hold the cup class as if he is about to take a drink, yet he doesn't. By blowing across the liquid, blue flames are produced which burn an opponent. So long as the water continues to ripple, the flames will continue to burn the opponent to a critical degree, which is all a illusion. Truth is the technique is set in stone by taking in the smell of the sake, its is affect follows behind the mind trick. The illusion is of raging flame, but this genjutsu makes the vision reality. If the jutsu is under way, a post after sub-coming to the technique the enemy is brain wash to actually set fire to themselves. In the genjutsu is is very well they put can out the flame, but it wont matter if the genjutsu is not broken. If the jutsu last for 4 posts and enemy doesn't catch onto the burning sensation, their body will be cover with 4rd degree burns.

Description: A two part jutsu, the sealing of the technique and cleansing of the technique in a dark way. Using the Enton/Blaze element Naru will use a single hand for a hand seal and direct it towards where ever. This would be Han, encasing a ring of dark flames around an enemy, or himself. The Flare, would be the release of the techniques causes the dark flames to explode and spread outward at once. This technique is not strong as Amaterasu, but don't let the flames touch you. These flames will crawl and burn over anything to a third degree, but only last a day.
• If cast on Naru the flame cage will follow him, and explode outward.
• if you use it on the opponent, it crawls up and forms a cage, and explode inwards

Technique Name: Tensuuga! Transmission Fang

Element: Inuzuka Clan
Description: Just as the two are ready to perform the Gatsuuga technique, Kay and his partner wil jump, lining up vertically so that they spin around eachother, forming a giant drill that is strong enough to reduce a boulder to rubble. THe enemy should be marked first for deadly accuracy though it isn't required. More pets will increase the power of the attack by adding in more wolves and adding more crushing force to the blow.

Description: This technique will force chakra into the claws of an inuzuka and power them up greatly. Then, the Inuzuka wil slash four times, four energy waves flying from his claws at his foes. They would dole out damage equal to a Tsuuga, but they move rather slowly, about as fast as a fireball jutsu.

Description: This forbidden jutsu can only be used by those with an evolution weapon. It allows them to tap into the living core of the weapon they hold and revive the demon within themself, making them almost like a Jinchūriki... but not. They don't have the powers of a real bijuu and no gain in chakra, they only use their own chakra to gain the powers of a demon. The host must also have a strong metal state to handle this power as for the demon will act as a real demon once active and until controlled will hate the host.There is also another downside, it takes more chakra to enter each stage once this is jutsu is learned. Also, this jutsu is always active once learned. This jutsu also takes up 4 custom slots.

Onkyou, The Melody King Demonic aspect
(each stage cost 50% of the total cost to activate them to form the demonic aspect also this is not an option it happens whether the users wants it or not)
Stage 0 - Nothing changes

Stage 1 - The users may tap into 25 % of the Dark chakra stored in the core. The user will also gain a Black chakra cloak over his body, cutting off 50% of his vision. Large bat ears made of the chakra will grow on his ear giving him a 50% boost in hearing. Also, his hearing is unaffected by any genjutsu, due to the cloak. The cloak also gives him a small boost in speed and strength but also makes him start to hate everything around him.

Stage 2 - The users may now tap into 50% of dark chakra stored in the core. The user's cloak now becomes even blacker blocking his vision turning it up to 75% and his hearing gains a boost to 75%. three post in this stage the users will will grow one bat wing made from his charka cloak after another three post the second will grow. Once both wings have grown Onkyou will effect the users mind making him see with little vision he has changes his allies into images of his opponents. The user gains another boost in speed and strength now making it one rank higher than normal he also gains some Stamina gain. The users may use the chakra cloak wings to block an attack of B rank or lower and will take one post to regrow.

Stage 3 - The users must have both wings to enter this stage once once this stage is active the cloak becomes fur and the wings become huge, really allowing the users to fly... only his face hands and feet don't have fur. The user may also now tap into 75% of the dark chakra stored in the core. The users eyes aren't blind but if he opens them he won't be able to tell foe from friend so it is as if he's blind his hearing also becomes so strong it's as if he has sound slight. His body becomes to gain some power of his demon giving him another speed boost allowing him to become even faster. But his metal state is not stable: he only cares for himself & will not help any allies. He also gains access to one jutsu at this stage, which is listed below.

Sound Destroyer

Description: The Onkyou’s version of the Bijuu Ball. It's not as powerful as a real demons, but Onkyou learn it from the Reibi. By gathering dark chakra and mixing it with sound waves, the user may fire a black ball. When it hits something it sends shock waves of sound that are the same as the Vibrating Sound Drill Technique. The only downside is this is not a real demon, so the power is only enough to destroy something like a house but the shock waves will be sent off 20 feet in all directions.

Technique Name: Ko miya no supīchi (Forbidden Speech)
Rank: ANBU Only (B)
Type: Fuuin Jutsu
Description: A creative technique created by a great Sand-Nin in need, it is a seal that is permanently engraved on the underside of someone's tongue, usually with their consent. Once imbued with a B-rank amount of chakra, it prevents anyone from revealing what the user wishes by any means.
-Restrictions-

*Must be done either with consent or after someone has been knocked out or restricted in movement
*Can only restrict one thing, like an identity, incident, name, etc.
*Can be broken by the reverse technique

Type: Fuuinjutsu
Description: They will inscribe a set of seals on their body that will flash once before fading. These seals suppress a Nin's chakra, resulting in the loss of use of jutsu. The upside is no chakra detection technique, or Doujutsu, or any other detection technique can tell that the person is or used to be a Ninja. This allows them to mingle with the villagers of a village (With the proper disguise, of course) and not be stopped or intruded upon. With proper preperation, even those who once memorized your chakra trail, scent, shape, pattern etc. won't be able to recognize you. Purpose: Infiltration. Requires 5 post minimum before you can release it.

Description: Similar to the Fire Release: Aerial Explosion Technique. the user will secrete a gas into the air. However, the gas will instead cause unconsciousness within 4 posts, unless otherwise deflected, dispersed, etc. The gas is colorless and near odorless, only those with the sensitive nose of an animal would detect it.

Description: This techniques is very simple. The user forms 3 small wind spheres in their hand using chakra. The user can launch them at will, and they hit with the strength of a bullet, though they won't puncture or cut the person. Takes good aim and quick movement, but only takes 4 seals.

Technique Name: Implosion Catastrophe
Rank: S+ (Note: Even as a custom, overwrites any and prevents learning of any other S+ techniques)
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Wind
Description: Taking 7 posts to learn, this technique is one of the most deadliest and secret of the techniques of the Sand. After preparing the technique by spreading his chakra through the air (invisible to the naked eye, Sensors can detect.) the user clenches his fist and explosively forces all air from a specified target area to create a vacumized zone, up to a 7' diameter sphere. The removal of such air causes a strong implosion as the closest matter rushes to fill the vacum... usually the target itself. Happens instantaneously, but user must have a clear line of naked eyesight (No enhancements, animal eyes, range finders, etc.) which is usually ~10-20 meters unless impaired by smoke, fire, blood-in-eyes etc. Once charged _ # of posts it may be used that many times.

Description: When Alucai strings the right number of seals a swallow appears on his finger. When he wants someone to be targeted and followed he points in their general direction. The swallow then radiates white flames due to Alucai's Hatake blood and follows plus marks a trail. The swallow is very fast and can also do damage if hit by the swallow. The swallows strength increases when the rank advances.

Technique Name: Iron Dust Technique

Description: Sarus would draw a resonable amount of iron sand and break it down by using his mental control to grind the sand up into dust sized pieces. Of course, it would take too long to for one to grind a mass of sand, so Sarus uses his own chakra that is mixed in the iron sand already.
By mentally controlling the dust, it would spread through out the area. Because there is Sarus' chakra infused into the dust, whenever someone would move through the dust they would be detected. The only way to remove the dust is with a Fuuton jutsu of C rank or higher
Another feature of this jutsu is that the dust could easily be reformed into iron sand again by collecting them into a mass again. This helps gives surprise attack to those unknowing of the jutsu's abilities.

Technique Name: Satetsu no Yoroi [Iron Skin]

Description: By taking the iron sand and letting it cover the user's entire body, they develop an armor of iron sand. When they use their chakra to harden and materialize it, it becomes an iron skin. They are three different stages to this jutsu and they are seperated by how much chakra one puts into the jutsu. The iron skin always takes on the apperance of the user except in the third stage. Because the iron sand always have the user's chakra in it, the armor blocks out attacks made out of pure chakra. After learning the first stage, the other two are auto learned because of the basics of the jutsu. [But only can be used when reaching that level of chakra.] Other Satetsu jutsu can be used and formed from the armor itself.

Stage 1 - B Ranked

The user can cover himself/ herself in a compacted layer of iron sand, providing an additional defense. Though quite effective, maintaining the armor requires a large amount of chakra and stamina. Furthermore, a few hits and it easily breaks away, meaning that the sole purpose of the armor is to absorb impact channeled unto the user's body during battle.When someone would hit this level of armor, it would feel like a flimsy piece of metal.

Stage 2 - A Ranked

In this stage, the user doubles the amount of iron sand they have on their skin which gives them a somewhat bulky appearance. Because the user is covered with two layers of compacted iron sand, they get a boost in strength. However, a weakness is the additional weight of the iron sand means a decrease of speed and mobility. When striking this level of armor, it feels as though you are striking the thick shell of a hollow metal box.

Speed is reduced.
Strength is increased.
Defense is increased.

Stage 3 - S Ranked
In this stage,The user would gets rid of the second layer of iron sand and hardens the original layer. The compacted iron sand becomes a solid iron. The drastically increases the weight and lowers the speed and mobility. Thus, performing taijutsu in this stage is very difficult. When hitting this stage, it feels as though you are hitting a solid iron.

Speed is greatly reduced.
Strength is greatly increased.
Defense is greatly increased.

Description: [Note: Can only be used after learning Satetsu no Yoroi] After activating Satetsu no Yoroi and utilizing Satetsu Kaihou [ Iron Sand World Method ], the user can expell 3D spikes from his armor and can extend them to as far as the user wishes. This technique is most dangerous when close to the opponent.

Element: None
Description: In order to use this technique, Jack must have already summoned haze clones, as many as he can. However, instead of them being copies of himself the images take on the appearance of shadowy humanoids. Now, then, Jack can use this jutsu. By forming the handsigns Rat-Ox-Horse-Bird the faces and bodies of the Haze Clones are altered. They now appear as the most important people in the targets' lives who had died, whether the most loved or hated, and they speak of how horrible the target is, bringing up forgotten crimes and misdeeds, failed missions and such, in order to assault the psyche of the targets. After the faces have fully formed, the Haze clones vanish, leaving the idea that the shades from the Haze had been the souls and minds of those who were dead.
Length: This particular Gejutsu lasts as long as Jack keeps the Bird handsign up.

Technique Name: Scattering of the Ash

Description: This jutsu is extremely odd, for when others see it in action they immediately think it is a Genjutsu. By forming two handseals, the Rat and then the Tiger, at the user's discretion their body will scatter into flaming ash that will slowly burn away to nothing. Now, this is why others think it is a Genjutsu and a misdirection jutsu, though the truth is far different. It moves a person from one location to another. The location of arrival must be chosen before the jutsu is activated, and in that location ash will fall in a small cloud, which will then reform into the user. This jutsu cannot be used inside of combat except to escape. The distance of transportation is 500 yards as a genin, and it goes up by 100 yards per rank.

Description: The Phoenix's Talon

A rather simple blade to most, none would suspect that it is a unique blade which draws upon the chakra of the user, to awaken its innate abilities. Primarily, it seems normal, as the chakra awakens the sleeping beast of the blade. Primarily, it seems to run with sharpening. However, as the chakra utilized begins to expand and grow, it takes on the nature of a fire. In the end, the blade ends up as a source of trauma, cauterizing the numerous wounds it inflicts.

[10 Chakra Consumed] - The blade begins to sharpen, with the force of nature permeating from its blade.

[20 Chakra Consumed] - The blade takes on the apparent glow of the user's chakra, as it begins to awaken. The chakra rotates, creating something akin to a chainsaw.

[40 Chakra Consumed] - The glow begins to fade into something more... Embers dance about the edge of the blade, causing minor burns when it strikes.

[80 Chakra Consumed] - The embers spark up into a flame occasionally, causing a spontaneity that most won't expect with a blade. Burst of fire, which one will learn quickly that these create second degree burns.

[160 Chakra Consumed] - No longer does the blade sputter with the fires of youth. The blade itself burns brightly, a blade of the fiery one. At this point, wounds it inflicts cauterize swiftly, causing consistent agony, rather than simple bleeding.

[200+ Chakra Consumed] - After much cost, the user finds that there's an odd change in the blade. Despite having the same effects as the previous stage in awakening, the blade resembles feathers of varying colors (often determined by the users secondary chakra element). The effect isn't quite important so much as what it signifies; The Phoenix's Talon has awakened. Should the blade find itself broken, a C ranked pulse of chakra into the blade can coax a rebirth of steel.

Description: Much like how Deidara detonates his clay creations, Naruu does so in the same way, thus the explosion is complimented by molten iron (~2200+ degrees fahrenheit), which can still be controlled as normal. The explosions mimic Deidara's own C1, C2, C3, and C4, including the objects crafted in order to achieve said ranks of explosions.

Type: Ninjutsu~ Kinjutsu
Element: Highly condensed chakra and Nature.
Description: The St.Pierre's weren't feared as a truly threat until they stumbled upon something great. Or rather, something dangerous and detrimental to the establishment of the 5 Great Nations. Usually, a family of rebels trying to establish their own village wouldn't get half the recognition despite if the Shinobi were skilled; for most people that make such threats usually are nothing but bloated hot air and are dispatched easily. But that all changed when the St.Pierre's created a Kinjutsu through their strongest Ninjutsu-ist within the family line, that brought about the Kage's warrant to assassinate the famliy.

Dohasuten was a Kinjutsu developed by the St.Pierre's during their time in the mountains of the Lighting Country. During years of seclusion from the other world and thievery of scrolls, booklets, and raiding of documents from multiple villages the St.Pierre's created Dohasuten. The jutsu is about as dangerous and detrimental to the body as is with Konoha's Eight Gate's while the Ninjutsu-ist took the aspect of gathering the power of nature from Sage's of Summoning to create the technique that has the capability to destroy an entire village in one sweep.

How does Dohasuten even work?

Like any technique of this magnitude, you must be a specialist in the way of Ninjutsu. Only the strongest Ninjutsu-ist of the St.Pierre family could even think about decently having the technique underneath their belt of skills. Similar to the fabled jutsu like Limelight ,but in this sense it is with one person, who has undergone training as harsh as learning Senjutsu to utilize this technique on their own.

Upon meeting the requirements of being a Ninjutsu-ist and having done the training ( Will Post Below ), they will employ the harsh jutsu upon the Village. As well, as them signing a blood oath. One of the St. Pierre's had noticed that some of those that were learning the jutsu were a little shady and may distribute the knowledge of this powerful technique to the other nations. So, to defeat treachery within their own ranks, the St. Pierre's made all those that were learning the jutsu to sign a contract in their blood and chakra. Similar to that of a Summoning Contract, except as their blood and chakra get poured onto the paper, the contract will place a seal on the user. Which is one reason why they called the obtainer of this jutsu 'Hosts'. The seal will signify that they will only reveal the secrets of this jutsu to those of the St.Pierre Bloodline. And, that if they should reveal any morsel of this jutsu to another person, they shall be stripped of their lives. In where the seal will break and consume the victim in a horrid death. Where their blood will forced out from every crevice of their bodies... And, as most would guess... or rather hope. The St.Pierre's secret technique has been held secret ever since that rule has been applied.

*) It takes 10 Posts to deploy the jutsu. Every 2 posts the weather of the village will turn harsher... giving a warning to the citizen's that something isn't right:

-) 1st Two Posts: After remaining stationary for two posts, the Host of the technique will start to glow white. During this time, they must keep their hands continuously moving in the flow of the jutsu. Also the Host must stay stationary during the entire technique as they gather energy. The skies around the village will start to accelerate in an unusual rate.

-) 2nd Two Posts: The Host will glow a brighter white until the clothing he/she may be wearing will look purely white. This is from the fusion of chakra and nature's energy being obtained and morphed at a rapid rate while simultaneously being bottled up in an unstable ball. The clouds will continue the unusual pattern of speed whilst the wind around the village will pick up. If one is experienced enough and rather notices in time, the wind will actually be pushing away from where the Host is. Making a natural defense for the Host at this point an time. No, the wind won't be so strong that it can knock away Shinobi from attacking, but it will be strong enough that regularly thrown projectiles will lose any to all acceleration by the time it reaches the Host.

-) 3rd Two Posts: As the wind increases, making projectile weapons even more futile, the white light will start to slowly encase the Host of the jutsu as well as it starting to increase in size. Meaning that the power has become so unstable, that it can no longer be contained with the user and is starting to reach out into the environment. To an onlooker, a large beam of white light will be reaching up into the skies from where the host is standing.

-) 4th Two Posts: The wind at this time is quite violent. Shinobi that are two ranks underneath the user will be blown back at this level of the technique. Shinobi one rank will be able to get close but the force of the winds will reduce any Taijutsu attack by a half rank. Simply because of the force of energy and raw power being released from the user. Not only that, there will be an energy dome starting to form around the host. Producing highly condensed chakra as a form of a protective barrier for the host an attacker, if they manage to get through the wind, can penetrate the barrier. But at the cost of taking raw chakra damage to their bodies will be the penalty for attempting to attack the user at this level of the jutsu.

- 5th and final Two Posts: This is were the jutsu finally eradicates the village. When the user has retained enough of nature's energy, they will release all of what they have stored in one powerful blast. To protect the user from being damaged, and his/her comrades, the St.Pierre's utilized the chakra barrier that was utilized earlier as an offensive-defensive barrier to purely defensive barrier.to protect those within from the purification of the jutsu. (( About five feet from the user will be the total area of the barrier.))

Basically the jutsu is like an bomb. Once at this stage, raw chakra and the true power of nature will be released upon the village. Destroying anything and consuming every thing within the area.

Training

Now like any jutsu... it takes training to do this technique. But, like the Sage's in where the St.Pierre's stole the idea from, the training is quite strenuous.

*) 10 Posts for training in the knowledge and control of Nature Energy.

*) 10 Posts for Chakra Control

*) 15 Posts for handling and controlling the magnitude of this magnificent jutsu.

*) 5 Posts for learning the long hand-seals that it takes to produce this jutsu.

Rules

-) The user must be completely stationary when performing this jutsu. They may move their upper body or duck, but the feet must be planted and the hand-seals cannot be broken or the jutsu is automatically canceled.

-) If the jutsu is canceled, the chakra is stripped from the user, as well as the user being unable to utilize the jutsu for TWO FULL DAYS.

-) Even if the justu is cast, the consequences of utilizing this massive technique will still apply. The inability of utilizing the technique for TWO FULL DAYS.

-) During those days, your chakra will be halved. [ For example, if you have 200 Chakra Points, you will only have 100 Chakra Points until the TWO DAYS have passed.

-) You must be a St.Pierre. Either by marriage or through blood. Teaching the jutsu to anyone else, as stated above, will cause you the penalty instant death.
