Description: Through a strange hand seal that is unique to every user, a seal is placed that imbues an object with intelligence. Affected objects gain the ability to perceive their surroundings and a level of basic intelligence used for understanding the information they take in. Affected objects share a mental link with their creator and will transfer any gained intelligence back to them if a condition is met (as specified by another seal, such as Tensha Fuuin).

Technique Name: Gunsei [ All Animate Creation ]

Description: Through a strange hand seal that is unique to every user, a seal is placed on an object affected by both Youton: Museibutsu Boufu [ Yang Release: Preservation of Inanimate Creation ] and Inton: Seibutsu Kouzennoki [ Yin Release: Vigor of Animate Creation ]. This seal permanently joins those two seals, allowing the intelligence created by the latter to manipulate the body created by the former, turning it into a "golem" of sorts. This golem draws on its creator's chakra to perform tasks in combat, but can only use Formless techniques their creator knows, can only draw on an amount of chakra up to the rank of Inton: Seibutsu Kouzennoki [ Yin Release: Vigor of Animate Creation ] before shutting down, and break apart if they use a technique equal to or greater than the rank of Youton: Museibutsu Boufu [ Yang Release: Preservation of Inanimate Creation ]. Stamina drains for their actions drain the user's chakra of an equivalent amount. Outside of combat, golems shut down if they both are not in the same thread as their creator and do not have any ongoing orders, requiring reapplication of Inton: Seibutsu Kouzennoki [ Yin Release: Vigor of Animate Creation ] at its original rank to activate them again. Golems cannot perform jobs or missions unsupervised. If this seal is ended, both of the subordinate seals also end. Must be used at the higher of the ranks of its two subordinate seals to succeed. Lasts for eight posts, at which point the user may pay this technique's cost as upkeep or the golem goes dormant.

Technique Name: Inryoku no Nijuurasen [ Gravity's Double Helix ]

Description: By singing, the user augments the effects of gravity in the area to vary it between +2g and -2g, leaving only the user unaffected. Requires upkeep every five posts or whenever the user changes the gravity from positive to negative or vice-versa. Effect lasts for as long as this technique is sustained and affects an entire thread. Details for some of the different effects:
  • Under the effects of high gravity, projectile techniques tend downward, causing them to land half the distance to their target. At no gravity, they fly in a straight line unless an outside force intervenes.
  • High gravity forces people and objects to the ground, causing them to fall. Damage is suffered by the affected parties after falling for more than four meters. Falling can be avoided by using the Tree Walking Technique at this technique's rank, so long as an appropriate surface can be reached.
    People suffer a moderate reduction in speed unless 20 Chakra or Stamina is paid every post. Low gravity (Between 0g and 1g) causes a moderate increase in speed instead and negates any damage from falling.
  • Negative gravity causes the same effects as positive gravity, but pointed upward instead of down. This means things and people fall upward in this scenario.


Technique Name: Gouhou no Ouganjutsu [ Retribution's Alchemy ]
Rank: B
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Fuuinjutsu
Description: By singing, the user changes the elemental alignment of all nearby elemental techniques to a chosen target element. This does not stop their effects, but it can cause people to suffer damage from using an element with side-effects for untrained users, such as Katon or Raiton. If an advanced element (Hyouton, Mokuton, etc.) does not contain the target element, one of its constituent elements is changed such that it becomes a different advanced element, if applicable; otherwise, it remains unchanged. (i.e. If changing techniques to Raiton and someone uses Hyouton, that technique could become Ranton.) Works on only one technique in a given Korabo (chosen by this technique's user), but if it changes that technique to an element that opposes the other one, the Korabo technique fizzles out and fails. Effect lasts for as long as this technique is sustained and affects an entire thread. Requires upkeep every five posts or whenever the user changes the element specified.

Technique Name: Tenrai [ Divinity ]

Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Maruton
Description: Imbues the user's specified limb with Chakra, allowing it to write seals without the need for paper or ink for five posts for no additional activations. Seals with specified dimensions have those dimensions doubled. Seals that normally operate only in two dimensions (like barriers) become a three-dimensional shape specified by the user. Breaking one side of a barrier rendered three-dimensional by this method does not break any other sides. Using a seal that requires a physical component (like a container) still requires that physical component be present.

Technique Name: Godou [ The Path of Spiritual Enlightenment ]
Rank: E
Type: Taijutsu
Description: The user forces themselves into a meditative state, unclogging the Chakra network and relaxing the muscles. This allows the user to recover Chakra and Stamina at twice the normal rate, recovers as if relaxing, and halts the progression of Tenketsu Rot and Burnout. In addition, the user can use this state to perform training sessions that they have not previously completed. These training sessions must be claimed in the same way as normal and take one post per rank of the training mission. All training missions that have outcomes based on success or failure (i.e. fighting) are counted as successes. The user and any entities both created and may not perform, but can maintain, other techniques while this one is active. Requires upkeep every two posts after its initial activation and lasts until broken.

Technique Name: Youton: Jittai [ Yang Release: True State ]

Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Maruton
Description: Makes real all of the effects of jutsu-created and jutsu-affected objects and ends any active jutsu being used to control them. Can only be used on jutsu that create a physical effect; in the case of barriers, their durability remains at whatever rank they were used at after they become real. Anything that becomes real by this technique's effect is treated as naturally occurring (i.e. a landscape alteration via Doton technique is thenceforth treated as natural, so Doton: Shunshin no Jutsu would be able to pass through it normally; Hyouton ice is treated as naturally occurring ice; etc.). If used to target one technique specifically, the cost of Youton no Jutsu matches that technique's cost; if used to affect an area 10 meters in radius around the user, it costs an A-Rank amount of Chakra no matter what. (Ex.: Making an E-Rank barrier real would cost an E-Rank amount of Chakra, but using the area-of-effect version would take an A-Rank amount even if only the barrier is in range.)

Type: Genjutsu [ Enchantment ]
Description: Causes a pinprick of pain at a point on the subject's head that differs for each person. The pain is not debilitating, but serves rather to hone the mind toward a specific purpose. While under the effects of this Genjutsu, the target may shift post reductions of one type to another type (i.e. Ninjutsu post reductions apply to Genjutsu, but not Ninjutsu) and from a Jutsu type to a specific job with a conversion rate of one-fourth. Lasts for three posts, plus one additional post per rank above E-Rank. Duration can be extended through use of appropriate Fuuinjutsu, though doing so requires knowledge of the exact location where the target feels the pain.

Description: A set of gauntlets designed to inflict pain, born in the aftermath of a great tragedy. It has two forms: extended and retracted, referring to the state of its antler-like protrusions.
Retracted: A set of studded white metal gauntlets. Every outward facing edge is sharpened greatly to make it function as a blade, including the studs themselves. A band of additional armor plating is present around the knuckles. The fingers of the gauntlet end in short, clawlike blades. The glove underneath the armor is made of a specially woven metallic fabric designed to protect the user and conduct Chakra to the rest of the gauntlet, and takes on the color of the wearer's Chakra (defaulting to black if the color is not normally visible, and white if there is no wearer).
Extended: The main body of the gauntlet is covered with white metal protrusions that curve around it and branch outward like antlers. These antlers protrude from the glove both forward and backward, with the backward protrusions weaving together to form an armored sleeve around the wearer's forearms. The forward protrusions are sharpened like blades and end in fine points, making them potent weapons in the right hands. The branching of the forward antlers is different for each gauntlet, allowing the wearer to perform hand seals as normal while they are extended.
Ability Summary:
• The wearer can pay 5 Chakra to extend or retract the antlers on both gauntlets. Doing so consumes no activations, but can only be performed twice per post (one extension and one retraction). While in extended form, wounds inflicted will bleed until healed. Those of an appropriate medical job can stop the bleeding, but overall recovery will be slow, taking one week per rank of the damage. Creatures that lack blood but contain another vital fluid lose that in place of blood. As a side-effect of this, taking a hit of at least B-Rank results in becoming grappled, as the cestus "antlers" become lodged in the victim's body.
• Blocking techniques used while this gauntlet is in extended form also count as disarming attempts. Unless the foe uses an offensive activation to pay stamina at the rank of the blocking technique, this disarm succeeds.

Element: Fuuinjutsu.
Description: After forming a peculiar seal with the hands, the user will be able to animate any nearby materials to take the form of something from his or her imagination. Only one factor affects the chakra cost of the technique, and it is the complexity of the movements that the creature can perform, also known as 'intelligence'. The basic creation will only take basic commands, such as “go over there” or “punch him” (A greater potential for actions costs more chakra). After creation, the creature remains until destroyed without draining the user’s chakra and follows instructions of the appropriate complexity. Based on the materials used, certain creations will behave differently (i.e. Steel is going to be stronger than stone, but slower). To prevent abuse, all creations and modifications must be approved by Ergo War. In addition, the following stipulations are in effect:
  1. Golems can use a technique if they have a body that allows them to do so. The golem must be able to perform all parts of the technique's original activation sequence (hand signs, movements, incantations, etc.) in order to activate the technique. The original creator must have specifically given a golem the ability to use a technique and must give it specific, direct commands in person to order it to use the technique. Transfer of information between golems over a distance drains 10 Chakra from the golem per post of transmission.
  2. Because they lack a Chakra network, using a technique drains Chakra from every single seal that the golem has at a rate of 1 Chakra per seal before doubling up on costs (i.e. If you have a golem with 30 seals and cast a technique that takes 40 Chakra, 10 of those seals will lose 2 Chakra and the rest will lose 1; drain occurs simultaneously). For techniques such as Sennin Moodo that result in gaining Chakra, the golems can serve as a conduit but cannot take in the energy for themselves unless it is sealed in by their creator. Techniques that do not specifically state that they have a duration in their descriptions drain the amount of Chakra needed to activate them every single turn that they are active.
  3. Dropping below the threshold Chakra for a seal (the amount required to activate it in the first place) reduces its effectiveness exponentially. Larger seals lose their Chakra first because of pressure differences. After losing 2 Chakra, the seal can no longer support itself and it disperses at the end of the exertion.
  4. Chakra may be restored out of battle by reusing Gunsei on the seal, restoring it up to and not over its max original Chakra. This still counts as one seal of the original seal's rank. This means that, to restore Chakra to an S-Rank seal, an S-Rank amount of Chakra must be exerted.

(For instance: Kekkai Houin creates a flat barrier; with this active, it could become a pyramid, sphere, etc. It follows that destroying one side of the barrier wouldn't destroy the whole thing.) For the second part of the technique, by paying a C-Ranked amount of Chakra, the user becomes able to write seals in the air with his or her Chakra for five posts.

バブル系, Baburu-kei [しゃぼん玉の忍術] Soap Bubble Jutsu

Element: Dual element [Water + Wind]
This line of ninjutsu allows Utakata to float inside his bubbles, as well as use them offensively by trapping his enemies in them, filling the bubbles with water to drown them. These bubbles can also be filled with diferent materials, such as blinding powder, smoke, acid or a sticky slime. The bubbles are rather hard to break unless commanded to as they are created with both water and wind chakra.

Variations:

Exploding Bubble
Rank: C
This jutsu creates a multitude of bubbles that explode at user's command. They produce a bright yellow light and a powerful explosion. One use of this jutsu can create up to around fifty bubbles.

Rank: C
This jutsu creates a multitude of bubbles that can burn the opponent when popped. This jutsu may create up to around fifty bubbles.

Simple Bubble Use
Rank: E-B
This jutsu is very useful. Really, it is the purest form of bubbles created. More than a thousand can be made at one time. These bubbles are useful due to the fact that they may be corrupted with different components. For example, putting water inside the bubbles can trap people and drown them if they are not careful.

塵遁・原界剥離の術 [Dust Release: Detachment of the Primitive World Technique]
Rank: Variable
Element: Wind
This jutsu is unique in the fact that it is used by churning up dust by wind and using it to create shapes that are used by the user to disintegrate the target at a molecular level. The wind chakra is funneled through the air, collecting dust and pollutants through the air and creating various shapes that can be used to attack the opponent. They churn at the target molecularly, leaving small painful wounds caused by the rubbing of dust. At S-Ranked levels, the level of destruction is frightening, leaving everything in it's wake barren.

Technique Name: Kamigakure no Jutsu (Paper Village Technique)
Rank: S
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Paper [Origami Bloodline]
Description: The Paper Village Technique is only to be used in defending or attacking a village. Anything other than that, and the technique will be too much on the user, as it needs to feed off the chakra of others to stay alive. When the technique is released, paper will fly out of the user's lower half, and will begin to cover the ground. Every 5 minutes, another part of the town [thread] will become covered in paper, until everything is coated on the outside with paper. Then, anything within the paper, or touching it, will begin to lose chakra [-10 Per 3 Posts]. Half of this chakra is brought back to the user. This technique also doubles as a sensory technique, as well as a sort of instantaneous technique, as the user can shift her/his body through out her/his Paper Village.

Side Note: The User has a choice of whom to sap the chakra from. This means that he/she can choose the difference between allies and enemy.

Description: This technique allows Kien to reinforce the strength of his Katon jutsu's by pouring more chakra into them than what is needed. This can be done at any time before or during the use of a Katon jutsu. For example if Kien used a B-Ranked Fireball Jutsu and applied an additional B-Ranked amount of chakra to the jutsu it would double the size and strength of it, A-Ranked would triple it and an S-Ranked would quadruple it. This can only be used five [5] times per fight.

Technique Name: Kyōfu No Jutsu
Rank: S
Type: Genjutsu
Description: This jutsu is a last resort for Zhou or if he wishes to dispatch/ intimidate a foe quickly. It can only be used if direct eye contact is made. Zhou will stare directly into the eyes of his victim and create a sense of all numbing, primal fear in them. It is similar to the killing intent jutsu used by Orrochimaru, only instead of their death it creates a fear of the user. This fear can range from a fear of his power or his position or simply a fear that he will brutally kill them. The exact fear matters little but the effects are obvious. If the Genjutsu is successfully cast, the victim is trapped in a state of panic and awe that will leave them stunned and dazed for four[4] posts. Even if they break out of this genjutsu they are almost never the same simply from their brief time in the jutsu.They will usually harbor a small fear of him for the next few years. This jutsu if successfully cast cannot be Kai-ed out of due to the fact that the victim will be to scared and disoriented to effectively break the jutsu. The only way to break out of this jutsu is to cause a serous (if not grievous) wound on yourself. (ex slashing your arm with a kunai. ) If this jutsu is used in conjunction with the Sakkakugan Genjutsu Ranmaru jutsu, it will almost always push the victim to the point of insanity and beyond.

Description: A blade of bizarre nature, it was forged supposedly at the conception of the Village of the Mist, buried with its founders. Said to be forged for the trickery of the ninja world, it was a shocker, where range and melee met together as one on the battlefield. It was required, considering the weapons that had been forged and stolen away by the power hungry. This blade was brought about, to fight the blood of the Mist. Elemental ninja striking against the land, and it was successful. At the end of the sword's career, it seemed rife with trouble, the blood it had soaked itself in the blood of the elements so, its purpose... It changed. It was buried beneath a shrine, retired and closed off, in hopes of never seeing day again.

A particularly odd sword, which could almost resemble a strange pillar of stone, curved ever so slightly and honed to an edge in a fashion similar to any typical sword. Eight clear sections, reinforced by steel infused with chakra. The ivory segments are sanded into a sharp point, to make a fine blade. Upon closer inspection, there are closed off chambers which resemble pours on each segment. The blade itself houses a store of chakra, which can be altered by its user's elemental natures. When one looks over the handle of the blade, divots can be noted, which appear to be triggers of some sort, which open the "pours" of the blade.

Ability Summary:
• Chakra may be stored within the blade before or during a battle. Up to 100 Chakra may be stored [Not usable for jutsu]

A rather simple blade to most, none would suspect that it is a unique blade which draws upon the chakra of the user, to awaken its innate abilities. Primarily, it seems normal, as the chakra awakens the sleeping beast of the blade. Primarily, it seems to run with sharpening. However, as the chakra utilized begins to expand and grow, it takes on the nature of a fire. In the end, the blade ends up as a source of trauma, cauterizing the numerous wounds it inflicts.

[10 Chakra Consumed] - The blade begins to sharpen, with the force of nature permeating from its blade.

[20 Chakra Consumed] - The blade takes on the apparent glow of the user's chakra, as it begins to awaken. The chakra rotates, creating something akin to a chainsaw.

[40 Chakra Consumed] - The glow begins to fade into something more... Embers dance about the edge of the blade, causing minor burns when it strikes.

[80 Chakra Consumed] - The embers spark up into a flame occasionally, causing a spontaneity that most won't expect with a blade. Burst of fire, which one will learn quickly that these create second degree burns.

[160 Chakra Consumed] - No longer does the blade sputter with the fires of youth. The blade itself burns brightly, a blade of the fiery one. At this point, wounds it inflicts cauterize swiftly, causing consistent agony, rather than simple bleeding.

[200+ Chakra Consumed] - After much cost, the user finds that there's an odd change in the blade. Despite having the same effects as the previous stage in awakening, the blade resembles feathers of varying colors (often determined by the users secondary chakra element). The effect isn't quite important so much as what it signifies; The Phoenix's Talon has awakened. Should the blade find itself broken, a C ranked pulse of chakra into the blade can coax a rebirth of steel.

Because of her bloodline, Alex is not offset by this brutal cold, but his enemies, along with the geography around him, most certainly are.Long term exposure will result in death after ten posts. After three post the target will begin to shiver uncontrollably and will begin to experience the low levels of frostbite as the jutsu sets in. After five posts the targets body will begin to shut down to try to preserve the remaining energy they have. If the enemy uses a katon of high enough level [B-Rank] they can stall the effects of the jutsu for one post.

Weapon Height: Actual blade length, 2 feet and 6 inches (30 inches). All together with hilt, it is three feet and six inches (42 inches).
Weapon Weight: Four pounds.

Description: The blade itself was reformed, the blade so new and fresh that the metal is a pristine whitish-gray. The hilt is the same as before, the main body blue but with a second color of red and the hilt is reformed to have small sparrows in flight about the round guard.

Having inherited the initial blade from her father, Suzume always worried that it might break and become irreparable. Deciding to set such fears aside, she went to the blacksmith's to have it enhanced. The same and yet reborn, a blade that could withstand the harshest of her techniques and slice through fierce attacks.

The material selected was highly durable and reinforced the steel of the blade, making it a more studier weapon. The metal was also special since it was reactive with chakra. It could be repaired from any damage if Suzume focused her chakra into the blade. Her chakra could also be stored into the blade, either to be drawn again and added to her own chakra later. Or the chakra could be used to increase the cutting power of the blade. Making the blade so sharp in combination with it's durability, it could cut through illusions and even ninjutsu.

Ability Summary:
• Can be repaired with a minimum chakra cost of 35 chakra.

• Above average durability, to withstand techniques that weaken the blade.

• The tempered metal is extra sharp, sharper than the average katana blade and can more easily cut through flesh, bone, and wood.

• Can literally cut through genjutsu illusions by focusing chakra into the blade equal to the genjustu, an improve 'kai' technique so to speak. Can also create a backlash where the caster of said genjutsu feels a sharp pain in their head, as if a sharp blade pierced their skull.

• Can cut through ninjutsu by focusing chakra of the same amount as the attack into the blade. Depending on the type of jutsu and rank needed to cut through, more or less chakra will be needed.

(Ex. A Fire type B-rank jutsu will only require 20 chakra to cut through since Suzume has Water as one of her chakra elements.)

Creates a dragon out of water and a tiger out of earth. The two combine into a spiral tunnel projectile that goes parallel to the ground in its attacks. In frontal attack, the one facing it will see a dragon with a tiger leaping from its mouth, both etched in rage and hatred to destroy him/her/it.
It rips up the ground and leaves deep gouges that fill with water and create quick sand holes and marshes. In conjunction with the physical damage, the noise is several decibels above the roar of a lion and can create panic in general. It can only support itself upward for two recreations of the tiger and dragon before it falls apart.
Depending on amount of chakra put into it, the spiral can take out a building or a small town.

Technique Name: Strangling Clouds

Element: Water/Earth
Description: Sypher creates a thick mist using the water in surrounding areas that requires a continuous string of hand signs. The mist is so thick it can hold small, light things like leaves and sticks and, importantly, leaves. The seeds are vine seeds and begin growing the minute they enter the mist. The vines are very light colored, weigh almost nothing, blend into the mist and are deceptively strong. They drape themselves over anyone in the mist and hang everywhere, seemingly harmless. When Sypher stops signing and the mist starts to dissipate, the vines react badly and start tightening. They slowly fall all over the ground and the people in the mist, strangling them. Once the mist is completely gone, the vines die.
The mist lasts 4 posts.
The vines last 3 posts.

Technique Name: Twin Clone
Rank: C
Type: Ninjutsu/Genjutsu (will be explained in description)
Element: Water
Description: Twin Clone allows Sypher/Yokai to place the currently submissive personality into a clone body. Similar to a regular clone in the respect of formation, it is not, however, an extension of himself. The Twin Clone is its own person, whether it is Yokai or Sypher, and acts independently with no regard for the will of the creator. The Twin Clone cannot be dismissed by the creator without physical contact and the agreement of the clone. The Ninjutsu part is the creation of the clone while the Genjutsu is the placement of the separate personality into the body.
It takes an additional 2posts(the Genjutsu part of the technique) to move the personality the first time Twin Clone is performed and takes a separate set of hand signs all the other.



Cry of the Earth God's Seal
Seal- Seals a demon by imprisoning and breaking it down into a tree that then redistributes the power as a never ending power supply to protect the village and strengthen Kiri shinobi attacks from inside the village for a short amount of time.

How it works-A set of four circles is carved into an area (one I'll create). There is one large circle with three smaller circles inside that are filled with smaller concentric circles. Between the circles are descriptions of trees to aid in the seals potency. The physical seal is covered in soil that is interlaced w/ tree seeds.
Requires at a minimum three (3) Senju with Doton users of Jounin rank.
Using [Mokuton: Jubaku Eiso [ Wood Release: Tree Bind Flourishing Burial ] in conjunction with [Tree Eating Technique (custom, not yet created)], the demon is literally eaten away by the growing seeds like fertilizer, its body and power broken down to fuel the growth. The tree will be massive at about 346ft tall and a diameter of 73ft at the base with a canopy almost three times that. Around the base of the tree, spiraling upward in three rows, the techniques of the demon are inscribed from the inside out in nearly indecipherable script.
Village Benefits- The tree gives off a massive protection jutsu that is normally very sedated and dispassionate. It covers the entire village and stretches a few dozen feet out from the village gates. It doesn't effect anyone of Kirigakure but those coming from outside the village suffer a marked difference if they come in disguise. Using the jutsu [Bright Eyes(not created, unsure) Illusions, jutsu based disguises and genjutsu that distorts or effects vision are stripped away, uselessly wasted when they pass through the tree's protection. After entering though (assuming they've gotten past the ANBU who are now aware of some mild treachery), they can reapply the jutsu or disguise at will.
Shinobi Benefits
-All Ranks receive a chakra boost of 250
-All Kiri shinobi will be able to use the power to increase the strength of one [1] jutsu for a single use spanning three [3] posts up to two [2] ranks higher without suffering the reductions that come from the higher ranking. They only lose the amount of chakra and stamina of the techniques original ranks. Jutsu techniques have their own restrictions:
---Nin/Gen: can increase up to two [2] ranks one [1] jutsu of choice for three [3] posts. Increasing by one [1] rank decreases the reduction of the original jutsu's rank by 10 chakra and 10 stamina. Increasing by two [2] ranks decreases the reduction of the original jutsu's rank by five [5] chakra and 10 stamina.
HOWEVER. If the technique being used is S/S+ rank, the user needs only half the chakra to complete the technique. No other benefits are applied to S/S+ rank usage while using the benefit.
---Buki/Tai: Stamina use is decreased by 15 per technique rank used (ie 15 for E, 30 for D, etc.) with an additional stamina boost of 80 and chakra boost of 40 for the duration of the fight.
Benefit Cost-- Attempting to use the benefit for more then one technique during a fight will result in a chakra loss of half the user's chakra pool and a decrease of 100 stamina. Attempting to use the benefit in another village or country will result in.....looking like an idiot because it doesn't work outside the Water Country and ends at the crossroads from Mist to other villages.
Learning Techniques- - The demon’s techniques are inscribed around the trunk in a layer of three spiraling layers of script that is almost indecipherable. In order to access the techniques, one must be of certain rank to learn a set number of techniques. For genin, only one [1] technique of D or C ranking; for Chuunin, two [2] techniques of B or A ranking; for Jounin or higher, 2 [2] techniques of any ranking. The techniques do not stack. At chuunin, the user can add the other two technique to their roster and at jounin they can add the final two. 5 techniques per person. Any technique learned must be rigorously recorded and a link placed in the profile of the user after being posted to a roster (to be created). These are the only techniques, as part of the seal, capable of being used outside the village.
Learning Posts Outline:
-No reductions (personal or otherwise)
-Meditation/training posts are required to decipher the techniques before they can be learned.
For D-C rank techniques: 3meditation trainings/mission posts and 2 techniques posts (5posts total)
For B-A rank techniques: 4meditation trainings/mission posts and 2techniues posts (6posts total)
For S rank techniques: 4meditation trainings/mission posts and 3techniques posts (7posts total)
For S+ rank techniques: 5meditation trainings/mission posts and 3techniques posts (8posts total)
Using Techniques & Extra Chakra Pool-Using the techniques requires the use of the extra chakra pool of 250 and pulls from there when using the techniques outside the village. There is no regeneration period for this pool outside of the village but within the village, the chakra regenerates at a rate of 20chakra for every post that it is not used in battle and 30chakra for every meditative post focused on restoring it.
All benefits last only so long as the jutsu is in play [three posts at most!!!], can only be used on one [1] technique and the benefit can only be used within Kiri and Water Country (benefit does not work in other villages).

Technique Name: Jubaku Eiso Hada Shouhi:Tree Bind Flourishing Burial Body Consumption

Description: Only to be used in conjunction with Jubaku Eiso as a means of sealing the Sanbi. Breaks down the physical and chakra structure of the demon trapped within the Jubaku Eiso. Internally, the Jubaku tree begins to extend roots and leaves that slide under the skin/outer shells of the imprisoned. The leaves cover and smother the imprisoned, beginning to soak up the chakra like it was light, taking everything to add more to the Jubaku Eiso. As the chakra begins to leave the body completely, the body is broken down as well, the leaves and roots acting like acid to biological matter. First the skin is dissolved, then the blood and fluids are absorbed, muscle is broken down and removed, bone is cracked and marrow is sucked dry. And once the body has been reduced completely down to just dry bone, the roots begin to break and crush them, littering the leaves with bone dust that is also absorbed. Nothing remains of the imprisoned, not even a shape as the Jubaku Eiso then begins to fill and grow inside the left over space until it’s full. Every inch of the body and chakra is absorbed by the growing Jubaku Eiso and is then distributed from the newly grown tree to the village

Body Disintegration Duration: The initial use of this jutsu allows the Sanbi to be totally entrapped by the trees, however to keep it trapped until full disintegration requires 4days of meditative posts that imbue the jutsu with S-rank chakra twice a day. Sypher won't be able to stand or really move during this time due to the high focus required to put effort into the jutsu.
Full disintegration will occur on the fifth day and the last part of the body, the bones, will be crushed

Description: A genjutsu based on the transmission of light. Following the proper handsigns, the shinobi permeates chakra into the light around them, which creates a dormant illusion that triggers through sight with the distilled air around the user. This illusion causes the afflicted to believe their opponent (the user) is able to make them spontaneously combust with a single gesture! Once captured by this technique, the afflicted will be pestered by hot and uncomfortable sensations—all sorts of signs one might feel if they were standing near, or even in, a raging humid fire. Because this technique is triggered through sight with the distilled air around the user, it can afflict multiple targets, but only the one first put under the technique is capable of experiencing it in full. Those who are affected after the first target feel only the discomfort and grogginess of fire and humidity. Duration: 5 posts.
