~The Lavender Shadow~
It has been a year since a new champion was crowned in the Kanto region. This new champion had travelled all over the Kanto region, battling gyms and fighting against the evil syndicate Team Rocket. Every town has a story to tell about him, when he passed by. All of their problems seemed to be solved, after the boy took care of Team Rocket. However, in Lavender Town, a new problem had arisen and it would have to be solved by themselves and any trainers who happen to be in the town. Pokémon Tower has once again become the root of all the problems the town faced. Every day it rained, the sky turned to a dark purple and any adult outside, in the rain, got "spirited away" as the Channelers of the tower put it. With even Mr. Fuji gone, the Channelers have advised that all adults stay inside and for the children of Lavender Town to investigate the matter, for it is only they who can resist being swept away by the rain.

3. I don't want to see any Gen. II-V Pokémon or moves.

Personality: Without his Growlithe, Hero, with him, Evo is a very shy child. He has lived in Lavender Town all his life, and likes it there too much to actually want to leave. He is very frightened of Ghost Pokémon, enough to not even go anywhere near Pokémon Tower.
History:Evo is the grandson of a channeler of Pokémon Tower and the youngest of a family of three--his older brothers are twins. His brothers had left on their Pokémon adventure four years ago. When he was young, his grandmother took him to Pokémon Tower, where she tested him. Anyone in the bloodline of a channeler has the potential to communicate with the dead. During this test, Evo was attacked by a Gengar and was traumatized. To make it up to him, his grandmother went out and caught Evo a Growlithe.
"It's a very loyal friend to have," she said. "Growlithe will protect you no matter what." When the rains came, Evo's parents were two of the first to go. They were out shopping, at the time. When his grandmother told him about the investigation needing the help of children, Evo was reluctant at first, knowing it would involve going into Pokémon Tower, but with the coaxing of his grandmother, Evo decided to go ahead and face his fears.
