I used to play it but my shoes were to rough on the mats and my floor is so hard, my feet would hurt after a few minutes.

i had the wireless mat.

i lost the littl mabober(forgot the name of it.) that plugged into the playstation wen i went to my cousins house...they lost it wen they moved. so now i can only play with the controlers but its not the same anymore crying

I've built my own DDR pads. And I live on the second floor, but my neighbors insists that they can't hear much! Works for me! biggrin

I used to play a lot, but then I had a bunch of leg issues from track/cross country and stopped for a while. Now I don't really have time for it . . .
I can still play on difficult/standard, though, and some on expert.

I'm worried about that. I had my tibia broken and my ACL rebuilt back my freshman year of college but I haven't had much grief. Broke my ankle last month though D:

I used to play it all the time, but university is eating up almost all of my time so I haven't had much time to play it anymore. But we had a DDR night at club that I participated in. An hour and a half of it made my legs burn but I was pleased with myself even though it was a little hard to concentrate with three games going at once. I'm on... standard/difficult mode, I think. Whatever is below expert. :/
