I live day-to-day right now. I don't have any major plans aside from continuing my education and trying to find a job at the moment so I have little to worry about. I have few regrets, but I live with them. I knew I can't change what I've done already; all I can do is learn from it.

....... fear the future, regret the past and ignore the present?
they could fear the future for the unknow to come like most people fear deat,the present they could ignore just to get through the day and the past they could regret for things they never did? most people tend to be pretty irrational so they really have no rational reason.
Fear of the future is biological and necessary for survival. Without it, we would not plan and provide for ourselves.
Regret of the past is a sociological response that allows us to co-exist by promoting fair treatment of others. Without it, there would be no biological triggers that lead to the foundation of laws and social regulations.
And nobody ignores the present. It's physiologically impossible, unless you are in a serious vegetative state... and even then, it's debatable.

Im more unceartain of the future, dazed in the present, and regret nothing. It all made me who I am, no matter how bad it was.
