I don't know if anyone's made a walk through yet. Not many people are past the 30's on average. For a good while the Beef and Rice dish is the best for experience, until you get the Pumpkin Soup, and then lastly, Red Fish Meuniere will be the best for experience, which you'll be able to get when you're lvl 37. From there it's easy leveling till you get to your 70's. It slows down. Although the Primeval Big Meat gives way more exp than the Red Fish, and in only 10 minutes (Primeval gives 900 exp, Redfish gives about 300exp), it costs waaay too much to prepare, so you can only prepare a few before you end up having to save money again.
I never cared to make money before I was in the 50's or 60's owner lvl-wise, so I don't know what to recommend for the lower levels. Once you do get to the 60 s, the best item of all for money is the Hors d'ouvre. You should be able to figure out what the best dish for your current level is for making money easily by looking to see how much money each dish costs, and how much total you will earn in return.
I think someone was trying to make a database for all of the recipes before, which has all of the information of each dish, but they never got far, since you need to have maxed all of the recipes in the book to know them all. I think the furthest they got was to about level 14 last I saw. It was in one of the TinierCafe groups on TinierMe. I don't remember which one though.
