Well I have a fast metabolism. But Once I started taking vitnam pills I started loosing more weight and get hungrier faster . Run like a mile almost everyday. Do crutches everyday. And you can still eat the same things but don't eat as much as you usually do. i normally weigh around 115-117 but now i went down to 114. my weight always goes up and down between those numbers.

Hi(:
So of course exercise and your eating habits are the two biggest things of losing weight. A good thing to start out with, at least for now, is to run a mile everyday. I dont know how in shape you are now, but if youre jumping right off the couch the goal first would be to run a whole mile without stopping. Keep going everyday and as you get better you can steadily raise how far and how long you go. 20 sit ups before running is also a good warm up and will definitely help shave off the extra pounds on your stomach.

The second thing: eating. This ones easy. EAT WHEN YOURE HUNGRY. Thats pretty much it. Dont eat when youre bored, or have random snacks in the middle of the day, you dont need em. Busy yourself until youre hungry enough for a meal, then eat a whole, healthy meal. Have you ever tried filling yourself up completely on fruits and vegetables? Its an interesting thing to try. You need to eat more of them sometimes, but theyre so much better for you.

So the problem lots of people have with this is motivation. Find ways to motivate yourself. Make a list of why you want to lose weight. What are you doing this for? Who are you doing this for, you? Your family? Friends? The boyfriend you have or want to have? WHY are you starting this, and WHAT good will it do for you? Hang it on your wall, magnet it to your fridge. Make a copy if you need it in both places!

I think the biggest thing, at least to me, is the exercise because if you set good goals that are challenging, yet probable enough to accomplish, youll find yourself noticing how better you run or how many more sit ups you can do if you eat a healthy breakfast. They go hand in hand like that. It always takes a whlie before you notice the difference, but after a few weeks it will show. Thank you! Right now i'm sticking to walking, and eating smaller portions. I'm trying to avoid snacking too.

Also, cut out things like white bread, white pasta, and white crackers out of your diet. Eat whole grain.
Drink 1% or fat free milk, and limit the amount of time you spend just... sitting. :)

Everything also depends on what your doctor says as well, if your at a good weight already, just exercise daily (don't over exert yourself), and eat a healthy diet. I used to be 114 and I was border underweight for my height so now I'm at a good healthy weight and I'm just working on toning the extra fat by eating right and walking/exercising.

I have recently lost over 20 pounds by doing the following things ^^

Switching from white bread to the nickels 35 calorie bread
switch to lite mayo
the more colorful y our food the healthier it is
watch how much sodium you eat it makes you retain water try not to go over 350 g of sodium per meal
eat 1600 calories per day
measure out your food for a serving look at everything you eat for the serving size.
cut out hamburger completely replace it with turkey burger
eat whole grain pasta instead of normal pasta also cook it a little longer than normal pasta
eat 100 calorie packs of snacks or use zip lock bags and portion your food into 100 calorie baggies
eat 4 meals a day smaller ones it'll help boost your matabolism
eat boneless, skinless chicken breasts with veggies
use garlic powder or maranades instead of salt
exercise daily for atleast an hour even if your just walking around the block repeatedly or going up and down steps. start out small increase daily.
i like to do 2 miles on the tred mill and 2 on the back then hit the stair master. if you can go to a ymca it's even better because exercising in the pool is tons of fun heart
lots of luck!! also don't drink diet sodas they're actually not good for you water is the way to go all the way everyday. also weigh in at the same time after going to the bathroom in the mornings when you wake up ^^ good luck
