Ive had my fish in a 15g on my dresser for over a year now. I want my dresser top back and now that my tank occupants have dwindled over time, I'm thinking about downgrading to a 5g.

The remaining fish are:
3 Panda Cories
1 albino bristlenose plecko
1 African dwarf frog
3 neon tetras

it's been a while since I got these guys, and I don't remember the space requirements per fish type.

My biggest concern is the plecko, because she's definitely the biggest fish I've got of the bunch, and seems to produce the most waste.

For the Corries, a 20 long is the minimum (3 ft tank). They like to move about, and do much better in groups of 6 or more.

ABN Pleco, also a 20 long. While not very large, or active, they are poop machines.

ADF, fine in 5 gallons.

Neons need atleast 10 gallons, and to be in groups of 6 or more.

You picked some long lived fish. Best bet is to just let them be in the 15 gallon, and do your weekly water changes. You can also see if a local fish store will take them, or put an ad on craigslist.org or the like, and see if you get any takers.

Aye, like Akari has said, all of those except for the BN like to be in groups. I would get minimum a 20g long if you can, and get more of each (again, except the BN).

The tetras started as a school of 6, but right away they outcast 1 from the group and itd get eaten by the others .. And kept doing this >_> I got some weird tetras.

Also 20g for panda cories? o-o I couldve sworn it was 1g per 1 (same with adf) the pandas are barely even 1 inch, frog is prob 2. Cuz i remember someone here said you could get 5 pandas in a 5g before I got my fish

Another option I was considering was just keeping pandas+frog in the 5 and rehoming others, but if what you guys are saying it wont work ):

Corries are very active fish. They like to move about, and they are always on the move. They dont much contribute to the waste producing factor, though, so if they werent so active, a 5 gallon probly wouldnt so big of a deal.

ADF minimum is 5 gallons. They like to have some room to move around too, also they are pretty big waste producers for their size.

Panda cories get to about 2 inches, fully grown. I worked with a large group in a very large tank that had started breeding of their own accord, full grown size was 2" each or larger, I wouldn't even keep a school of 5-6 of them in a 10g, the bottom would be too crowded. The frogs can live in 1g each, so a 5g for 5 frogs would be no big deal. They don't move too much besides during feeding time. The cories, frogs, and tetras, all in properly sized groups would do fine in 20g long, provided that you keep up with your water changes.
