This is the "Quick and Dirty" admin plotting thread
Not really in the mood for submitting a giant, heavy plot, character changing that will probably take a month to a few months? Simply looking for an rp with an NPC to build up interaction? Curious where your character might go given enablement or a certain prompt! This is where you can go to request, drop off, or ask! We want to make this available to anyone who even wants what they think are silly or insignificant things within reason. There is no reason anyone else is more privileged to any "special rp" or plots so don't feel too shy about posting! Everyone is welcome! Not to mention we most likely want rp as badly as you do.
I do ask that there are three purposes of this thread: REQUEST, DROP OFF, and FOLLOW UP.
gaia_crown [ CURRENTLY AVAILABLE ADMIN FOR RP]

- lizbot ** is currently fighting a polar bear in Antartica with her bare pinky, the polar bear has some mean abs so please give her a while to recover from this terrible incident.
gaia_crown [ REQUEST ] If you post REQUEST in your post it means you are requesting a NEW RP. Simply post approximately what you are looking for, and at least a vague reason as to why you're looking for rp so we know how to get started. It doesn't have to be serious, but at least there has to be some form of either plot or motivation. The admin will go through each REQUEST post and simply quote the person a greenlight which means , yes start the rp and they will tag it OR a yellowlight which means can you expand on this a little more or how about __ instead?. Once the yellowlight has been requoted and fixed, then the rp can continue!
[ Examples: ]
- Your character is looking for a mentor! ** Y2 and higher please
- Your character wants to learn more about Humans/ Horsemen/ Hunters/ etc etc
- Your character wants special training** Y2 and higher please
- Your character just accidentally bumped into ___ and now is unfortunately embarked with them on a crazy mission to save all ponies of the world
- Don't be shy or embarrassed to ask for almost anything! We'll do what we can as long a you think it can help develop your character and give them a good start! Make sure you read information about the NPCs so you see what each one is there for.
** Please note some NPC's are by nature extremely finnicky and don't like revealing answers or committing to characters (for anything, really). It's kind of like meeting a person in a dating sim IRL: you don't really know what they're like OR they might do something unexpected. It happens time to time, but that's the way the world works, at least you get experience for it.
- Make sure you QUOTE the admin to get their attention when posting in the dropoffs.
gaia_crown [ DROP OFF ] A dropoff is when your post is quoted and rp time is cleared!
- Simply post DROP OFF and link to the RP, quoting the admin who you're looking for. The admin will get to that ASAP.
gaia_crown [ FOLLOW UP ] Followup rps are for EITHER you already had a plot going and you want to expand on it and need an admin's help (outside the realm of heavy plotting, which requires a pm to the mule), OR you have been waiting for an rp tag for quite a while and need it to you know, actually be tagged. This could be ANY rp waiting for an admin to tag, but please note which admin are actually available before you drop it off.
- This is also a great tool to use for admin who have, maybe, just uh, happened to have lost, old rps, and stuff, and would love to tag them if they knew where they you know, where, and stuff. Just saying.
- When posting, if there was an rp significance to old rps, such as "we talked about __" or "they are supposed to find ___" then please do let us know as well!
- Simply post FOLLOW UP in the drop off below along with the information and quote the admin who'd like to follow up.

BASIC IC INFORMATION YOU SHOULD KNOWTIMELINE:
Please read here for all timeline information!
- Amityville is currently at a relative state of peace, having had returned to them their Gym teacher, Red. Currently, Hellma is still in a vulnerable state, and will do anything to really, protect the school aka: herself.
- The general view on Hunters are that they are still "mythical" though the Four Clans know better than that. The Four Clans actually strongly encourage Halloween to fight against the humans/ fight more actively against, but there are some citizens who say that these actions are too violent.
- The Horsemen/ The Four Clans reside deeply now in their Lair, while retaining quiet activities in the surface world of Halloween, their "Lost Clans Reserve". While Horsemen are seen running about rather busily, Halloween is not aware at all that they are quietly planning their next strike, to the Human World or Halloween, or both, it is a mystery.
- Deus Ex Machina is relatively quiet, though there has been some word going on about research related to Excalibur and Merlin. They are still trying to fend off as well, the impending horsemen attacks running rampant in their world as well as continue research on Insanity.
- DETH is a small faction that promotes the co-existence of humans and halloween creatures by harvesting their Fear in close, controlled environments. They are for all intents and purposes, human lovers.
- Insanity: is a status affliction that happens when a Halloween creature's core becomes unstable. They begin to be unable to put themselves back together properly, and that area becomes grey. Further deterioration/ instability of the core will result in severe damage what they call the 'infected' eventually leading to permanent petrification. Insanity has few cures, though many of them revolve around the re-emergence of Red.... Zoo's list of NPC's:
AMITYVILLE
- Arel: Is the secretary of Amityville who is helping "man" the school while Hellma is vulnerable. He is easy to approach, can be seen in the school office at all hours, and horrible at keeping secrets. He expresses a general concern for Amityville, especially in its students, though pretends to not care. The secretary has good intentions, but is relatively weak, making him an easy target outside of the school, a main reason why he never leaves Amityville if possible.
- Arel also runs a second job, though it remains a secret to all students
- Professor QB: Is one of the members of DETH (see above for description). He goes to various schools to help teach and promote awareness to students regarding how to cultivate Fear in peaceful manners. He believes that students should never hurt Humans if possible, as this leads to the birth of potential Hunters: an overexposure to Fear in a human will always cause Fear-aware humans. The professor often has a general state of curiousity regarding Amityville and students: it is well aware that both the horsemen and Hunters have a huge interest in the school, but believes in creative and often ridiculous solutions that usually just end up harming students.
- The old Minipet Master: A true Guru of minipets, he can be found in only the most remote areas of the Scarefari, willing to train those who seek his assistance. His guidance will surely lead even the most unsure of students and citizens to understand the heart of all minipets.... never not minipets.
- Noxious firth and Hexidecimal: See below (Liz and Maru's posts) ** These are npcs that are shared between the three admin.
LOST CLANS
- Medea: Considered the Head Priestess of the Four Clans, and current leader of the Horsemen. Her motives are to simply help flourish and grow her clan as they reassert their status and existence upon Halloween and the Human World. She stresses that they should never be forgotten. Medea also uses Distortion through Trance. Both invoke the ability of seeing reality as it quite not is. She constantly takes any under her wing, as her saying is that any willing to learn should receive it, though her teachings are rather, at the least, extreme.
- She also loves giving moral lessons in the form of errands to horsemen and students.
DEUS EX
- Caelius: After the death of the Council, the Death lead seems to have dipped his hands in just about everything, which really isn't that uncommon for him in the first place. He's still seen sometimes in his office, other times where you least want him to show up, and most likely off to file trainees's names in some sort of Death Note or something. (That was a pun, haha, get it, Death note????!?!)
- Sam: An npc who is specifically in charge of Weapons Conversions, for any and all who seek that route. Sarcastic, snide, and a mean girl at heart, she doesn't mind stepping over you to get what she wants and honey, she wants everything.
- Mark: Death Division assistant who is pretty much the bridge for anyone to cross to get information or anything really from that division. It's too bad that the bridge has a rather hefty toll fee, and well, Mark is a Jedi Super Saiyan overlord with mind control powers, no, really.
- Allan: Is the current Sun Division Leader. He is easily friendly and approachable enough, though his plans may be brusque and misinterpreted. Allan has something of a "friendship complex", meaning even at his age and rank, he thinks that everyone should be friends, even though sometimes attempting to do things actually make situations worse and relationships more strained. He has good intentions, the problem is when he tries to follow through with them.
- Charlotte: Is the current Moon Division assistant. A benign and sweet girl who means the best for everyone. She prefers however, to work in solitude, as large crowds both terrify her and make her socially inept to the point of floundering and stuttering over words. Heck, even one person will do it. Charlotte prefers to spend time with her one true love, musical instruments, of the classical and traditional variety, which also explains her expensive taste in clothing.

Amityville
Hellma:
Monster. The Headmistress, she is currently without a normal body and rarely leaves her office except via her shadow!
Hyde:
Undead (Druid.) The Counselor, he would really like to avoid giving students the kind of help that requires effort on his part. He likes to occasionally drug the school's food and drink, and if you find strange pornographic doodles in the margins of books, you have Hyde to thank.
Ginger:
Monster (same species as Hellma.) Can be found in the cafeteria, when she teaches it often with love and casual violence toward minipets. She loves making Jolly Meals and the expressions of horrified delight they bring to students!
Noxious Firth:
Demon (Ifrit.) Trick or Treat Recruiter, he can be found via challenges and puzzles. Nox is always looking for likely future ToTers, and is true to the demon code of honor which involves never doing anything for anybody unless you can in some way profit. Though something of an obnoxious a*****e, he has greater knowledge and understanding of Hunters than most, having spent several months surviving on their island, and later, getting captured.
Deus
Doctor H:
Head of the Life Division, H is a ruthless gentleman who often acts on his own unique motives and personal amusement. He's not a person to approach lightly and there's a 90% chance of him not caring at all about your hunter, their personal well-being, or them becoming the best Life hunter they can be. And if he does? It's usually not a good thing.
Edith:
Head of the Moon Division. An honest and to the point leader, and one of the most grounded. She'll give good advice, won't sugar coat, and don't expect her to cater to your shenanigans. Her taste in snacks is quite often alarming.
Simon:
Sun Division Assistant, he is a man who values time to an alarming degree and woe to any who would waste it. Efficiency is key! He rarely has his hands still, and most of the time can be found will small puzzle items, taking apart and cleaning his guns, or folding paper. When his hands aren't performing these activities, it's usually because Simon is busy killing things. Despite their widely different personalities, he is entirely loyal to Allan.
Dwight: Life hunter specializing in AV. If he likes you, he makes an excellent and supportive friend. If he doesn't like you, he won't hesitate to call your every flaw to attention, and do his level best to make you miserable because your are a bad person and should feel bad. Skilled with runic upgrades and obtaining 10/10 bootlegs from the outside.
Sunny: Life hunter, infirmary nurse, and tired of your s**t assholes.
Stacey:
Death Division Assistant, he's a stoic man with his own agenda.he ded
Killzone:
Life Division Therapist, he's a large, loud man full of energy and the will to help you navigate the harsh waters of life, just like the majestic dolphin, and find yourself some ******** zen. This may or may not involve wearing a leotard. he ded

Amityville:
Red: is not your usual Gym Teacher. This werewolf oftentimes moonlights as a Boogeyman, a profession that has gotten her into more than her fair share of troubles and adventures. It is also because of this profession that, due to special circumstances, Red is now part werewolf, part hunter weapon. While she is coming to terms with who she is now, she will still offer assistance to students that seek her out. Be warned that she is not gentle. She will hold grudges as easily as she holds secrets. But those that happen to get on her good side will have an invaluable ally... Provided, of course, her Insanity doesn't say otherwise.
- Red has heard something about this... "mentoring" and is intrigued. She may or may not be interested in finding a few students interested in her trade, providing they don't mind the risk of being near her.
- Even though she had a year to experiment and learn as much as she could about Insanity, there are still many things she doesn't know about. Things that several volunteers might be able to assist her with...
- Did you know Red almost became a Trick-or-Treater? Makes one wonder how many tricks she has left up her sleeves.
Maru why the ******** is Red not even in here, I'm just going to add random information about Red until you actually come and fix this. Red is a ... my little pony... who lives in the realm of Harry Potter and fights the dark lord so that she may collect all seven dragon balls and achieve bankai.
Saeble: A reaper boogeyman that was with the students during the Haunted House event. Uses bells as his weapon. Specializes in regeneration and healing. A reaper boogeyman that is currently MIA. Where could he have gone?
Aodh: Saeble's partner, who seems to have gone missing as well...
Hexadecimal: A Trick-or-Treater that is rather... whimpy and pathetic by all standards. Flitterbick, weak Fear level. His dream is to one day impress Nox. And by extension, everyone else.
Deus Ex:
Aria: The distrustful Mist Division lead. She is wary and biased against anyone not belonging to the Mist faction due to her history. Her weapon is Symphony, a flame thrower. Aria has her own motives and has difficulties opening up even to her own faction members. She quite often disappears on personal missions, preferring to take them on herself rather than delegate.
- Aria quite often can be seen working off her emotions at the training grounds. She might be interested in giving any inquiring hunter a brief lesson, providing she's in the mood. Otherwise, don't be surprised if you get the cold shoulder.
- Despite her cold exterior, Aria does want to try and branch out. But old habits are hard to break.
Lance: After the previous assistant went MIA, Lance took over as Mist Division Assistant. Being close to the current Mist leader didn't hurt his chances at getting the position, either. Before, Lance was a member of the Sun division. A mission left him paralyzed from the waist down, giving him the distinction of cruising around Deus Ex in a runic wheelchair. His weapon is a lance by the name of Afir, a monocerous. Lance is friendly and open to talking to or sparing against anyone, and doesn't discriminate like Aria.
- Lance does not like talking about how he wound up in the wheelchair. Ask at your own risk.
- You want training? Sparring? Lance is more than happy to indulge.
- Did you know Deus Ex is full of cameras? Guess who has access to and monitors them.
- Did you know Deus Ex has plenty of secret passages? Guess who knows most of them and who isn't telling you about them.
- Despite his handicap, Lance does like to cook. It's rather unfortunate that his current choice of ride prevents him from reaching the taller shelves and cabinets. Perhaps someone could assist him with a.. thing or two?

If Leon is in need of becoming a better person I sense a nakama mission. HI RED LET'S LOOK AT YOU FOR A MO' - So Mort's been to both parts of her class involving helping Jericho with his Insanity issue, both of which have raised some questions (her specific condition, Joy being conditional to the dragon's cause as well as the fact that he could be out so long and still be brought back, the Swan woman they saw at Christmastown, the fact that he's pretty sure he heard her talk to him in his head during the battle). I'd love a follow up since I've been meaning to do so and things kept happening. 8D; He'd also mention that he's looking into trying to find a cure for Insanity that could work theoretically on any infected Halloweener and would be happy to assist in any matter of research of experimentation she's thinking of. - I doubt it'll end up happening in this rp, but he'd also eventually look into asking her about mentorship, as boogiemen are like knights in shining armor to him and Jack does Mort love being a knight. Plus it isn't as though she can infect him more . . . maybe. o/
