Where I'm from, there's usually still snow on the ground right about now. But this past week it has been 80 degrees. [God, I can't imagine what summer will be like]
And I just read a news article that parts of Arizona, California and New Mexico got hit by a snow storm yesterday.
There's a lot of crazy weather-related things going on right now. What do ya'lls think about 2012?
I mean, even if the Mayan thing isn't true [which i personally believe it's not] this year looks like it's going to be a crazy year. And I think the world could actually be ending o.o
What's your opinions?

The weather is normal here for me o.o (FL) I think we can expect more drastic changes before the end of the world.

I feel as if there have been stranger occurences with the weather years ago, (I should do research, but it's almost 11 PM and I am just NOT feeling up to it... confused ) so people shouldn't take this all so seriously. It's a common theme for the media to make everything seem like it's the first time it happened.
But yeah, regarding 2012... I personally don't believe in it. And why should I? Humans are obssessed with doomsday theories in my opinion. This'll probably be just another scare like Y2K.

I see it like this: If the world ends, all our problems will be solved since we are too immature to solve them ourselves!

If this world is to end, then I hope it ends with something good. Like a big bang. Or a zombie end of the world series. Where I live, it's boiling. I hate 80 degree weather. Yeah, all you lucky contries get nothing, while we're turning into shrimp (MI)

the funny thing is that if you actually take into truth the validity of the 2012 end of the year thing, you must realize that they did not use or adapt the concept of leap year or daylight savings/earnings. to technically, given the span of time since their rise and fall, it should be around 2013 mid-year the things i learn from strangers haha

All the weather has to deal with the El Nino, La Nina effect on the pacific. Also has a lot to deal with the Jet Stream and phases of the Sun.

The end of the world? Maybe. But not life. The lifestream would just re position and we'd be born on another planet. That's all.
But really, they also said in 2000 we'd be living underwater. umm... i don't know about you guys but... this is pretty dry land Im standing on.

Sure we're getting whacky weather. Have been for years. Hell the whole planet has. Kinda why it's a cycle. It'll fix itself again. Like after our great grandkids' grandkids are dead. I don't believe the world will end until our sun does. Lol actually, the mayans never said anything about the end of the world. Thr media took their beliefs of ages and turned it into apocolypse -smh-

Well here's why it won't happen.
The Mayans forgot to factor in leap year so it would have happened already.
