The Horseman

Job Role: Alchemist - Alchemists are the scientists of the Clan, those specifically in charge with testing of crops, creating and controlling new plagues, and destroying as well as creating material, specifically from crops and agriculture, though this could extend to healing herbs and other sources of poisons as well. They usually work together in teams to create "group projects" to showcase.
Personality: Before we get into anything, Fai's lover is dead. His beautiful lady, the one he would have killed for. The one he'd planned on starting a family with. His brother is dead as well, his parents, his cousins, his entire race almost, all gone in a matter of moments. He's secretly not taking it very well at all. He can be found escaping the reservation just to get away from reminders of his past pretty often. It really messes with him, since Famine was never supposed to take anything for granted, and adapt the quickest.
Creeper Boil:
But now, let's get to the surface Fai. Fai's a creeper. He loves to screw with your head, and he won't lie about it. He's a bit hard to handle because he gets ideas in his head and runs with them--regardless of who's in his way. (Except for the heirs, of course, he's not stupid.) He likes flirting (light, meaningless flirting that means absolutely nothing and can be creepier than hell sometimes,) and experimenting (on both things and people.) Basically he comes off as a creepy little b*****d with extremely strange hobbies. (Yes, that is him babytalking the plant growing out of his head.)
Temperamental:
There's certain things that set him off--talking about the death of the clans can have varied reactions, none of them good. Wasting food? That pisses him off severely, too. Of course he has his good buttons too. Praise his vines? He will think you've got EXCELLENT tastes. In all things. Be scared of his vines? He likes that too<3
Workaholic:
As far as the vines go -- Fai was on the team that developed them (the least experienced member at the time), and he considers them his "scarelings," constantly tweaking and trying to improve them. They are always with him (and possibly always with you, too ninja ) He specializes in more than just the vines, though. He's well trained in most plant life on the isles, and plans to learn about the ones in Halloween. He has a well compartmentalized pouch of seeds that he cultivated/collected on the isles and kept with him as he went to the lairs. He's working to grow them in Halloween, now. He is an excellent alchemist, when it comes down to it--and you get past the creep thing.
One of the first things he plans on rebuilding of their old society is the greenhouse like building. The plants can be used for anything from defense to food to potions and medicine, so it only makes sense for everyone to go along with it.
Emotionally Constipated:
Fai is, by nature, a bit difficult to get really close to. He seems friendly enough, and when you have his full attention he can make you feel extremely important (or uncomfortable, depending on your own personality,) but when you try to get his attention when he's working, or developing an idea, he's extremely distant, and he doesn't MEAN to be. Even his lover had trouble with that before she was killed. She would often find herself alone in the bed in the middle of the night, and find him working at the table on something. Sometimes you just need to grab him by the scarf and shake him a bit.
Will he offer verbal comfort? Will he hold you as you cry and promise things will be fine? No. But he'll create something for you, even if it takes months for him to build it. So you might be suffering for months and think he doesn't even notice, or doesn't care, then he'll just take you somewhere that you never even knew existed, or bring you something you've never seen before, usually beautiful (and most likely dangerous.) Then he'll silently hope that helped, because he totally fails at that emotional stuff.
Personality Type: INTP - And according to that, he REALLY likes games. Which makes sense.
Mount Form: Semi transparent dark gray skin which shows the skeleton, stringy hair and creepy flowers in his mane. See King's rendition of it here!
Weapon Form: Meteor Hammer with a saw like blade that circles the ball. (Think Gogo's weapon from Kill Bill without the button = blade part.) It's a stationary razorblade around a metal ball at the end of a long chain, a small metal handle at the other end. You can see it used here! And the fight with Gogo here! (Warning on the second: graphic violence.)
FEAR ATTACK:
Feed Me Seymour
- Tainted Fang: After slicing up his enemy enough, Fai throws seeds created from FEAR at them, which become vines that grow out of the wounds and under the skin. This affect only lasts as long as the attack does, then disappears.

- Romance. He's still getting over his lost love. But flirting is fine! (He's straight, btw, although he might tease guys too.)
- many fights. He's bigger on his work than his sparring.
Facts:
- Fai is NOT a fighter. He's the devious lil bastage that booby traps the fight room. Er, I mean, he's the scientist that assists in security and decorating.
- His eyes are light sensitive since he lived in underground caves most of his life, but he's got great night vision.
- He thinks he's fashionable. Seriously.
- He's a Johnny Danger fan. (Poor JD.)

They were fighting the hunters, right? They might be useful. The rest of Halloween? Jack them all, they can be his experiment subjects if they want to get closer.

Kill them all, blight their land, and leave their ashes be pulled away by the wind.
Q&A
What does he like/like to do, besides his plants and his science?
He goes through phases. He spent several months learning how to dance once, he took up drawing for a long time, and is extremely good at it--but his handwriting his HORRIBLE. He enjoys clothes, and shopping, as well. He's always interested in fashion! And he enjoys music very much, even if he has no skill in it, himself.
What other connections did he have in his life? What was his family like?
He had a brother, who was a colony soldier, they... couldn't really see eye to eye TBH, and were often known to argue about almost everything. His brother considered Fai to be a loose canon, Fai considered his brother a stick in the mud. His parents were often frustrated and a bit befuddled by this very long running fight. He loved his mother and father, they were proud of his abilities as an alchemist, but, well, he rather worried them until he fell in love with Cairo. They were hoping she would balance him out/calm him down. And she did, somewhat.
Does he hold grudges/remember good things done for him?
Because of his colony mindset and working as a team as an alchemist, he tends to take favors for granted, as well as the idea of helping others when they need it. He works well on a team--but only when they share the same goal. He's not beyond arguing in public when things aren't going the way he thinks they should--but on that same note he's more likely to hash things out than hold a grudge for long amounts of time. There might be a few things that make him grudge, though, but I haven't found them out yet.
When he does get angry or gets set off, what happens? Quiet, cold anger, shutting people out, volcanic explosions of rage, or something else?
He'll start up a verbal fight in a sharp, logical manner, if he considers the person that angers him worthy of even being acknowledged. If the person is "below him" usually halloweeners that know nothing, he will simply stare them down and walk on, trying to calm down and forget about them. They aren't worth his energy. And since his source of FEAR is gone, he doesn't have as much as he used to.
He experiments on minipets, but does he have any favorites he keeps as pets?
He has an Elnin Death. She gets forgotten about half the time, sadly, but he hasn't done anything horrible to her... yet.
