lmfao. My arms are broken out in hives right now from cleaning their cages and little rat nail scratches!

Im pretty sure Im allergic to their pee. ahhh

They are just so cute though. -huggles my babies-

Its a common allergic reaction. Just when you clean their cage wear gloves and after handling them wash your hands and arms. To help with it give them a bath every other week. Im allergic to my rats and its what I do. You can also litter box train them.

I am allergic too, it doesnt help that Bianca INSISTS on marking me constantly >.<

Its all good now I usually just wash my arms and it goes away in 10 min.

same peoblem here. i have to take allergy meds before playing with my girls for a while. afterwards my arms are scratched to hell and will look like that the rest of the week

My rats have sharp nails and LOVE crawling in my shirt. -_- I'll end up with a few scratches. >.< ooow, but I cant help denying them what they want. heart
